STEP HIIT Cardio & Strength for a Ripped Core

- No choreography - the STEP is simply used as a prop here. This is one athletic, simple and hard workout! Three super circuits each done twice for a total of 16 minutes of cardio and strength using your own bodyweight. 45/15 interval. Warm up on your own and take breaks when needed!

We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.
Please never remove this workout. It is the best ever!

Great workout
I just got a step bench and this workout is a killer! I am warm and sweaty after just 15 min and now i am ready to stretch! I feel great! Next time i will repeat it and make it 30 min, i hope i get better at push ups! Love from Denmark!

This was a really great HIIT workout with the step! I loved it and got a good burn, and my HR was nice and high. Dripping with sweat after, and onto my strength training workout now.
This is my first workout with you, and I will be back, for sure!

Hop Overs is what I call them. :)
If I already have a bodyweight workout, can I do this hiit on rest days or even as a complement(extra)? If not what about running or skipping the rope?
If you have the energy go for it! See how you feel. There are no RULES. Just make sure you take one rest day a weel where you do something really low key like walking, yoga, foam rolling or stretching. Enjoy!
