Fun fact: The drums Daniel plays in the video is his dads old kit from 1967. Sadly he passed away already. I’m sure he would’ve been proud :)
The footage of the kids they found but isn’t them, the photos on the walls are the band and I know Daniel is playing the kit his dad had when he was younger
This song brought me to tears, everyone getting older and older and we cant even realize it, haters gonna hate, but Nickleback still has huge musical room in my heart, those guys will still rock it no matter what.

Ryan has an amazing voice, he could be a good lead singer. I think without him there would be no such harmony voices while recording. I heard some live songs that he sings alone and it was great.

So, I've grown up in a family that's loves Nickelback, I've even seen them live 3 times, I've always liked their songs, even if they aren't as hard as the other music I listen to, when the song started I didn't know if I'd like it, but I honestly really enjoyed this one. You're right Anton, it does have that "summer of 69" vibe. I kept thinking it's like an updated version of "photograph"

Like you Anton I've always loved Nickelback's ballads more and I love 'Far away"..sigh. But I love this song, it's great. I guess I can relate to the song. However when driving in my car if a song comes on the radio I love I will STILL turn it up full blast and sing to it. I disliked the way so many "rock snobs" trashed Nickelback (for years) like they were a joke. I have no clue what they even met as Nickelback are an excellent rock band in my opinion..

This band gets aooooo much hate. Literally sit and think about the days I was young while listening to this song. You are right! I dig the vibe of “summer of 69”. Such a surrealistic song. Definitely hits hard. Great reaction,bro!
