I began with a fiduciary portfolio advisor by the name *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* . She’s verifiable and her works ethics is in accordance with the US investment act of 1940. Her approach is transparent allowing total ownership and control over my portfolio with fees very reasonable in comparison with my investment-income. Also, She covers things like investment insurance, making sure retirement is well funded, Go over tax advantages , ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk. many things like that.

I love how the universe throws signs in your face to move forward with your plans, after 20 years dreaming of investing, 5 years of being a Realtor which I do not love, I decided it's time to do this and started my plan of action Friday. Saw this video this morning and it was a sign I needed! I will definitely be following you! I am also an entrepreneur and have had several businesses over the years, some successful some not, but I want to build wealth with real estate then branch out into other business endeavors. Real estate investing is a slow grind to wealth. I scaled from 0 to 90 units in 5 years. I started with 1 SFH per year the first 4 years then bought a 20 unit apartment, 26 unit apartment, and 200 lot MHP once I learned how to get off market leads and negotiate seller financing. Once I execute a value add strategy on the apartments, I will do a BRRRR, pull out all money tax free, and continue to buy more apartments. I am trying to fix and flip the MHP. Real estate is exponential growth and a slow and steady grind. Fix and flip is how you become rich, but buy and hold is how you build true wealth.
Did you finance the SFHs, and did you sell or BRRRR? And did you finance the 20 and 26unit apartments? Also, do you mean that seller financing is your play on the bigger deals?
This is such an inspiring video! It's amazing to hear stories of people who started with nothing and built their wealth through hard work and perseverance. I totally agree that there's nothing wrong with wanting to get rich quick if you're taking the right actions and doing things ethically. Your story of starting out as a minor league baseball player and then flipping couches to make a living is so inspiring. It just goes to show that anyone can become an entrepreneur and make a successful living if they have the right mindset and willingness to learn. You need somewhat good credit, 720 +. Citi does it, Chase and Discover do balance transfer but usually don't give you the choice to deposit cash into an account. Citi usually gives you the choice of 0% for 12 months or .99% for 18. There is always a fee of like 3%.
I've come to realize as an investor that instead of letting my money sit idle in my savings account it is more productive to invest the little available and build a portfolio from the accumulated profit of investment

Each of those market pumps were when the Fed pumped a bunch of money. Interest rates and inflation are going up and up and banks are slowing down on lending money. Monetary policies are changing and nobody know what's going to happen. It's not fear it's risk assessment. My opinion is this is the worst time to make major purchases but if I would be spending money I would be buying businesses that actually create value and serve actually needs instead of speculation.
These things are illegal in australia. You can’t be an agent on selling your own property to yourself or related parties. Also can’t get loans and use them as Down payments as lenders see this and decline you. Also our minimum homes prices are $450k. Any way around this here?
