Every other video out there says buy rentals with zero of your own money & all that. but you still need to create a very good source of income to keep buying apartmets to keep.Yes it can be done and you can buy rentals right away with little money or partners, it's just gonna be easier if you make $200k net or more. I do give credit to the people that do it slowly 1 house at a time.. & making $250k is easier said than done though. Yes you can refinance & buy the next rental, but imagine if you made $250k on top of that.

Never made sense to me, why people wanna make so much money and just completely disregard their health. Without health, you don’t have anything.

This video hit me hard. I exited stage 1 last year and was planning on buying a rental property this year but this really changed my perspective. I thought the next step would be to buy rentals while I continue to generate the same amount of income from my business but that's not going to get me where I want to go. Fantastic video Ryan. There’s definitely a path I want to follow similar to what you’ve talked about. Can’t wait to keep pursuing that dream, whatever that may be.
@@RyanPineda yes I know I will, but I'd like to progress quicker. I got some valuable skills. I'm a carpenter, and I also do 3d modeling of houses and products. I also got graphic and video editing skills, so I'm now focusing on getting followers on my Instagram where I post about work, product development, and my family life. I'm aware that this economy is based on attention, so I try very hard to create somewhat of a name for myself. I'd take a remote job if there is anything you need help for, as long as I'm confident that I could handle the task😅 I wish you the best of luck at accomplishing what you want to do next❤️
