I remember first discovering your channel in 2020. I began by watching your meditation videos, and then I later started watching your other videos about your book recommendations and your tips on how to live a minimalist lifestyle. I'm glad you've released an app now Sadia :)

Man oh man. I haven’t watched this video in a couple years, but this is the video that was the catalyst to my awakening. After years of thinking that I SHOULD meditate I I finally sat down and used this video. 3-1/2 years later, I’m a completely transformed individual. And this video was the start of it all. So thank you. And infinite blessings to you for creating this gateway for me.

This is because in the process of OBSERVING the breath, the mind tries to empty itself, by trying to distract you with what you are holding. It throws up emotions, thoughts, blockages up into the mind so that the mind can release it. Now if you observe WITHOUT REACTION, this is a temporary stage of feeling anxiety and tense and like every other sensation this too shall pass, but only if you concentrate on the breath without any REACTION.

I had more improvement in my psychology from six months of meditation than from 20 years of sobriety, medication and therapy. Once you have your first mild insight you’ll be hooked. I’m up to an hour a day and have reached the stillness. Long way to go but what a journey so far!

Funny, I’ve been feeling so stressed with school and haven’t had the time or energy to reflect on my mental health (which is funny because I’m studying psychology), but after watching this video and participating in the meditation I just started crying and I feel sooooooo much better now!
I wasn’t able to really able to get into this stress-relief-cry simply because I’m at my University in a study room and I just don’t want other people to hear me blubbering right now with jagged breathing lol.
But I feel so much better now, thank you ❤️

I love the information on your channel and I'm so glad I came across it a few weeks ago. The other reason I love your channel is your soothing voice and how calm you make me feel. It would be perfect for guided meditations. I think beginners would benefit from the guided meditations at first before they do it on their own because it can be difficult sometimes to know what to do and to stay focused. I'm relatively new to it and I find I like guided ones with soothing music better. Over time, I am sure I take take it from there on my own. I can't wait for the other 2 parts of this series. ❤️🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this dynamic video. Your presentation is excellent. I had never learned how to meditate. I am 68 years old and a beginner. I was able to relax and not feel intimidated. Thank you so much. You certainly reach several generations.

Thank you so much for your videos. I've always wanted to try meditating, but I always found my brain so scrambled in thoughts that I couldn't actually sit, and actually meditate. Your beginners guide has helped me to finally relax enough to make meditation a staple in my life 🙏
Thanks again! And cheers from Alberta.

Amazing! I do a daily morning breathing and meditation exercise as part
of my self-care and I also use it when I'm overthinking. It's the first thing I do before anything else.

You always come up with varied topics which encompass mindfulness activities and encourage to know ourselves more. I have been yoga, meditating n doing breathing from past 10 yrs. It is difficult to explain ppl who do have a lot of questions. Always love when see the subtle beauty of it in people over the time. Thanks a lot. This helped me with a new perspective. :)

I feel like Ive been dissociating lately and thought Id give meditation a try. Did a short 20 minutes and it was an interesting experience. Like my body felt relaxed and not so tensed up, it was like I was tired but I wasnt falling asleep, sounds around me felt clearer, in a way I think I think I achieved something. I feel a little different now but I feel Ill need to do more of this to see how it helps me out.

I started meditation when I had a hard time, just like you, and it helped me a lot. I practiced with a Headspace app and learned so much from it about mindfullness. So glad meditation helped you too, Sadia, you seem to be in a very good place in your life now.
    P.S. What a beautiful scenery! ❤

But I feel so much better now, thank you ️
