I love this song. I remember when Zora mentioned this on her Patreon I think and I was never really sure if I was down to earth or a dreamer. I identify so much with both, but in the end I think I'm rooted with limbs that reach high. Zora shares so much with her patrons.
I daydream frequently and dissociate from reality a lot. I prefer fantasy to reality, and my ultimate dream is to find someone who can tether me to reality- the anchor to my ship. One cannot exist without the other- the ship floats astray without the anchor, and the anchor remains stationary for eternity without the ship. I relate to this song A LOT.

down-to-earth meaning humble or down-to-earth meaning they're buried in the grave
Well to some extent this is open to interpretation and has at least two levels of interpretation but what Zora has said about this song was that it was a relationship between a dreamer and a person who kept her in touch with reality. She asked us which one we thought we were about 6 months ago. I could not figure myself out, though I think I am more the rational type than dreamer, even though I tend to start out with big ideas and then come down to more realistic ones when the time comes. Of course being Blackbriar, being in a grave is a valid interpretation.
Interesting one and I actually asked myself the same question. That's the genius of Zora's lyrics. Playing with words in a dark way, and keep everything open to interpretation!
