Ab slides , works core muscles and shoulders and neck. Have been doing them for 30 years and walk erect.

@@mudhens4ever a small wheel with two hand grips , from a kneeling position place hands on grips and slide forward until you feel the ground , using hands, arms, shoulders to return yourself to the kneeling position. Do not lay on the ground. Start with one correctly and repeat daily for a week. Week 2 do two correctly, repeat weekly until you can do ten. Then three sets of ten. If you fail to follow my directions you will suffer a torn abdominal muscle “ which is quite painful to work through” and will slow your progress.
At one time I did three sets of 33 , now I do three sets of twenty every other day, at 74 yo

I have such a curve in my lumbar spine, and shoulders that won’t go back, that I can’t remotely get my head to lean back against the wall. Ugh. Is it ok for me to try and work on my lumbar and get that curve to go back toward the wall more?
C’mon, guys, I have enough trouble remembering why I walked into a room without stopping in the doorways to stretch. Plus, there are SO MANY doors in the house it’d take a significant amount of time out of every day. Lol. There’s gotta be designated “stretching time.” Once that’s over I can go back to trying to remember what the heck comes next. Have an excellent day! Thanks for the video

Well, not everyone is born gorgeous so people have to run to cosmetics things because ultimately they want to be gorgeous. That’s some of us lucky people that are born gorgeous. Cosmetic surgery is such a big business because people want to be gorgeous whatever that may mean to them and their head . everybody else they can work on looking the best they can for their age trying to look impossible that’s chasing and never ending fantasy. Yeah tips and health things that can help. Everyone be their best for their age is good.
It’s kinda like some people wanna be a movie star so bad that they need to get all the attention possible they need to run around trying to get every possible attention (needing to be PUBLIC FIGURES) and they’re neglecting doing their own job. So being Aware Is good!

Looking older is far, far less concerning than feeling older.
That is very very true! Having good posture helps you feel younger too because less things hurt from having bad posture.
