The first really Grand Turismo gyroplane.
ARGON GT Long strong points:
- huge room space, much more than classic ARGON
- big luggage compartment: you can take golf clubs, skis, surfboard, fishing rods, foldable bike and full size luggage.
-ARGON GT Long have central tunnel the same height as in a classic gyroplane for ergonomic posture during long-term flight
-the flight control systems are exactly in the same as in the ARGON 915 with a pre-rotation and throttle and two places for cups or phones.
-we have designed new instruments panel with a new top-shelf avionic set - GARMIN Gx3 equipped with a three-axis Auto Pilot, combined with Single Lever Controll from RS and the best propeller on the market - MT Proppeller with a hydraulic governer.
-GTL offer new fuel tanks with a capacity of 130 liters, you can stay in the air for up to 5 hours of flight and get a range up to 1000 km (with external tanks)
-new ergonomic L or XL Mc’Laren style seats leather alcantara upholstery
-two color body options
-VFR night
-RotorTech 218mm chord carbon rotor.

Thank you for your words, they hit exactly the target for the design of this gyro. Surprisingly, calculations and practice have shown that the air resistance on the fuselage is significantly lower compared to the short model. Also, the wings helped to relieve the rotor, in addition to mounting additional fuel tanks or a water landing system.
Another surprise of this machine is that it needs much less power to fly at cruising speed and reduced fuel consumption.
Extending the fuselage had a positive effect on the center of gravity position and significantly reduced vibrations on the stick. This is a really good Gyro.

Beautiful craft. So maneuverable and controllable I think I could fly it and I'm not a pilot. I'd love to go for flight in this as the visibility is excellent.

This is crazy, years ago I liked the xenon gyro, I wanted the one with the extended cockpit to use for luggage but it only came as a 3 seat version with the larger cockpit, I also wanted to add more wing to the stubs for nav lts etc... this is the very gyro I wanted to build from the xenon, obviously I wasn't the only one who had this idea !!! Amazing and awesome.

This model appears almost perfect but, could pilot tell anything about turbulences when flying ? With the new model(Argon GTL) turbulences are over?

Looks like a sexier version of the Groen Bros. Gyro plane that I helped with in Buckeye, Arizona. We installed a RollsRoyce 250 series turbine engine in their’s. It flew amazingly well.

Beautiful aircraft. What was most noticeable to me was that the Rotor must be perfectly balanced because there was practically no stick shake evident in the cockpit shots. Okay! I'll take one.
I noticed that as well. Many gyros have noticeable stick vibrations. This looks beautiful

@@user-pv8el1sf5p, гироплан, автожир, гиролёт и гирокоптер - это всё одно и то же. В разных странах называют по-разному. Этот вид летательного аппарата начал приобретать массовость сравнительно недавно. Ещё продолжается его дальнейшее развитие и совершенство. В России их ещё очень мало и с абсолютным названием пока ещё не определились, но чаще всего бытуют два обозначения: автожир или гироплан. Кстати, в Польше вертолёт называют по-европейски - геликоптер. А автожир (гироплан) - вятроковец, что в переводе на русский означает "мельница".
@@user-pv8el1sf5p к нам это название пришло с французского, поэтому "автожир" (нужно сложить язык трубочкой как Киса воробьянинов)). ЖИР на аглицком звучит ГИР. вобщем на латинице всё очень созвучно). БраТок всё объяснил.
На самом деле как наше, русскоязычное сообщество будет настаивать, так и приживётся. Филологи говорят-"стало наиболее употребимым". Если "ляжем" под англосаксов- тогда будут у нас "...коптеры" и "...планы". Оставим как было -будем летать на автожирах. Последний мне с детства въелся. менять не хочется. Что мы, хуже поляков ? они ж не гнутся! "Мельница"! и всё тут.

Im not sure if you need a license to fly one of these. These are classed as recreational only, are they not? There are planes out there you do not need a license to fly.
