Heyyy! 👋🏾 Thanks for checking out my video! This topic is a little different than what I typically post, but wanted to share this journey with you all. What questions do you have about WW? Thinking about doing a follow up to share a few foods I will likely NEVER eat again after completing the program... would you be interested???
Definitely!
@@katherynneboham3308 noted! 😉
I take Kachava each morning. How can I find out how points I'm using?
Been on WW for a few weeks as a vegetarian. Love that I don’t have to track fruits & veggies. Calorie counting made me eat less fresh food bc I was too lazy to track it. With WW…add the extra veggies!!
yesss, love that! 🙌🏾
From watching your content, I think cutting out oil, processed Vegan products (cheese, meat, yogurt, icecream etc), nuts in excess, avocado, coconut milk will do the job without counting points. Think leaning more towards a more whole foods plant based lifestyle and less processed Vegan lifestyle. I mean that in the most supportive way. I lost around 60lbs in a year utilizing those techniques. When i started eating out more (new relationship) so more oils and processed food, the lbs have started creeping back up. Im shifting back to my original framework. Some folks that set the framework: Dr. McDougall, Dr. Furhman, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Chef AJ (not a Dr but really breaks things down well especially for women) and Dr. Neal Barnard. We got this, sis! Wishing you all the success😊
I definitely agree about more plant-based whole food meals, but completely cutting out processed foods just wasn't realistic for me. I love experimenting with different foods, trying new things and for me, going that route would have made me feel like I was being deprived. I liked WW because it showed me how to prioritize different foods to help me reach my goals, but still enjoying "fun foods" on occasion :)
I agree but some of us need help making sure we are not over eating, and WW is the absolute best at that. I tried eating like Dr McDougall says and I wasn't losing weight. Now I still eat like he says, just with WW along side it and having wonderful results. I'm sure he wouldn't mind as long as I am eating correctly, and I am.
you are crushing it!!! doing so amazing thank you for sharing with us

I am starting weight watchers this coming Monday. And I am vegan. Thanks for sharing and inspiring me.
Yayy! Best of luck on your journey! You got this!👏🏾👏🏾
I just restarted ww this weekend.
best of luck to you along your journey!
Thank you for your video. Do you share the point values of your recipes? I viewed a few and I don't see them posted. Thanks
Hi! Thanks for checking it out. I don't share the point values for my recipes on the blog because I knew I wouldn't be doing this for too long- only a few months to get the results I wanted and to learn more about food choices to maintain my results. I didn't want to start something I knew wouldn't be long-term! However, you can still get the point values by creating a "recipe" in the app. Just add in the ingredients/measurements and you're good to go! :)
I just joined. How will I get my information 💋😂
Great content thanks. Just egg is zero right?
thank you! Nope, I wish it was though!
I would loooove to see more videos on ww, ww friendly recipes...
okay, okay. i'm putting something together. stay tuned! 😉
You are truly a blessing. WW doesn't have a phone number 😒 l
you should be able to chat with someone via the app 😉
On connections there may be a vegan group
I am having a hard time staying within my points and still getting enough calories
are you going over your points? Why do you feel like you're not getting enough calories?
I read that eggs are zero points, do you have any idea if Just egg would also be zero points?
Unfortunately they’re not😩 However, tofu scramble is!
@@ICanYouCanVegan thank you very much!
The vegan yogurts I like are also high in points 😢
right?! I noticed the same thing! every now and then I steal a bite of my son's just to get my fix if I don't wanna go all in lol
Do you weight online or do you attend meetings 🤔 💋
Hey! I used the online program. I didn't want to have to be bothered with leaving the house! 😂
