Cant thank you enough! I have done cheek exercises thinking I have been using my cheek muscles all along but instead I have developed deeper laugh lines (overusing the corners of my mouth.) This video really helped me isolating the right muscles and lying down was a game changer also! Thank you thank you

Thank you so much for this! So, when I'm squinting I am primarily pulling my lower eyelid up, is that what the focus should be? I've been at this one move over and over for over an hour trying to get this but it feels like the only way that I can get the cheeks to lift up is by opening and closing my eyes all together, is that acceptable? I really need help bcus i am so desperate to get this, I want to start seeing some results. I've been trying with your techniques on and off for around three years and I have never been able to see results. I try hard over and over but it must be something with the techniques that I just have not been able to do them properly to see results. Please help 😫

Hi Peta! Thanks for updating. I have little difficulty to move muscle along nose during this exercise. It’s only muscle under eyes moving under hands when I squeeze. Any other tips to do it correctly?
try going back to the video and watch again. it could be you need to reposition your hands as if they are not in the right position , you will not feel the nasal muscles moving

Hi Nigar, when you first start a series, start by learning them in the mirror as you watch the explainer videos, then when you feel you have them right, do the routines laying down.
Thanks for your wonderful video! Funny and uplifting. I've been physically isolating in my apt in Philadelphia for several weeks. Remote working. My son and daughter live distant (Michigan and NYC). And haven't done my face exercises for about 7 weeks (overwhelmed and stressed). However, you have given me the motivation to start again! I will go back and look at the videos I have missed. Hi Nigar, thank you for the highest honor! it is quite possible that facial exercises will help acne because it causes the blood to flow more around the face and to the cells. However, you will need to exercise extreme hygiene on your face so as not to spread bacteria. I would suggest that if you do follow the program you will need to use clean cotton gloves each time you do the exercises, or ensure your hands are thoroughly cleansed with anti bacterial wash before each session.
sometimes its difficult to isolate the muscles because we dont use them. just keep going and you will start feeling them more as you follow the program

Dear Peta I did the cheek lifting for 2 weeks but I noticed my face became thiner as I lost a lot of my face fat. How can I lift my cheeks without losing face fat?
Hi Ghada, yes sometimes your face goes thinner due to the muscles toning. Its something you will either have to get used to if you keep following the program or you can stop.
I like this one, even without the hands, but even though I round my mouth etc, I notice the nasolabial lines are a bit more pronounced after I do it. Any way to prevent this? Thanks!

Hi there, you can fix this with doing the exercises. But you need to follow the whole program exactly to achieve it. When you are doing the exercises, place your focus on the side that is flat and sunken and use a little more muscle effort that side. I managed to do this myself, as I had a small stroke when I was around 40 and worked out how to make my face even again by using this technique. Let me know how you go!

Do this for 2 weeks then we go to 100 reps, for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks, then we have a week off and learn series 2 exercises. We learn 1 exercise per day. Cant thank you enough! I have done cheek exercises thinking I have been using my cheek muscles all along but instead I have developed deeper laugh lines (overusing the corners of my mouth.) Thank you so much for this! So, when I'm squinting I am primarily pulling my lower eyelid up, is that what the focus should be? I've been at this one move over and over for over an hour trying to get this but it feels like the only way that I can get the cheeks to lift up is by opening and closing my eyes all together, is that acceptable? I really need help bcus i am so desperate to get this, I want to start seeing some results. Hi Peta! Thanks for updating. I have little difficulty to move muscle along nose during this exercise. It’s only muscle under eyes moving under hands when I squeeze. Any other tips to do it correctly?
try going back to the video and watch again. it could be you need to reposition your hands as if they are not in the right position , you will not feel the nasal muscles moving

Thanks for your wonderful video! Funny and uplifting. I've been physically isolating in my apt in Philadelphia for several weeks. Remote working. My son and daughter live distant (Michigan and NYC). Hi Nigar, thank you for the highest honor! it is quite possible that facial exercises will help acne because it causes the blood to flow more around the face and to the cells. However, you will need to exercise extreme hygiene on your face so as not to spread bacteria. I would suggest that if you do follow the program you will need to use clean cotton gloves each time you do the exercises, or ensure your hands are thoroughly cleansed with anti bacterial wash before each session.

Dear Peta I did the cheek lifting for 2 weeks but I noticed my face became thiner as I lost a lot of my face fat. How can I lift my cheeks without losing face fat?
Hi Ghada, yes sometimes your face goes thinner due to the muscles toning. Its something you will either have to get used to if you keep following the program or you can stop.

Hello Peta, I have been lying on one cheek mainly through the course of four years and now it looks flat and sunken to the side and has less dimension to the other cheek. How do I fix this? The asymetry is so ugly
Hi there, you can fix this with doing the exercises. But you need to follow the whole program exactly to achieve it. When you are doing the exercises, place your focus on the side that is flat and sunken and use a little more muscle effort that side. I managed to do this myself, as I had a small stroke when I was around 40 and worked out how to make my face even again by using this technique. Let me know how you go!

Besides of the exercises and your facial routine you must wear sunscreen EVERYDAY. If not, you'll get more wrinkles and deeper ones. Not just "make up with SPD", no, actual sunscreen.

We start at series 1 with 50 reps for 5 days per week, then the 6th day is massage, then 7th is rest. Do this for 2 weeks then we go to 100 reps, for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks, then we have a week off and learn series 2 exercises. We learn 1 exercise per day. Then after the week off we start series 2.
