Hi Emaan you need to be following a full face routine, you cant do this one exercise. In the video i send you to the series #5 playlist, you need to learn all of the exercises then start the routine. you do 50 reps x2 weeks, 100 reps x 2 weeks and 150 reps x 2 weeks, then you move to the next exercise routine. there are 6 series, i would suggest you start at series 1. its all on the home page of my youtube channel. stay safe 💖

I think you have literally saved lives by having this channel-I was reading a meopause forum and so many women were actually suicidal becase they hated how they looked. Needless to say I suggested they check out your channel-and thankfully the post wasnt viewed as spam so its till there!

Hi Let it roll, I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a video on youtube, called learn the muscles of the face, you can download her diagram of the muscles there at that video. Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Hi KP, omg my hair! even the hairdresser has no idea what to do with it. Over time it has changed completely and this is the best we can do at the moment. There is so much of it lol. I havent done a video post cv restrictions as i do my videos in blocks. When I do it this week, you will die when you see it. Its almost like dreadlocks now ahahahahah

She finally took the plunge and had that thick head of hair cut, layered and blown dry and OH MY GOD, it looks *gorgeous*. She looks like a completely different person. Sure, she has to spend a little time blowing it dry, but the end result is stunning. And with your lovely face, I think her cut would be equally flattering to you. :)

Hi Positive thinking, use your bottom lip, slide it over the top of your bottom lip, and then squeeze your chin. You are not using your jaw in this exercise, you are lifting the chin muscles and then squeezing.

Hi Peta - thank you for your great informative videos. I’ve heard you say several times that you shouldn’t do individual exercises and you must follow a full facial work out or else risk getting more sagging. This is frightening me into not trying any of the exercises. Firstly, I’m scared I will do them wrong and make matters worse but also I only have one or two areas I want to work on, and feel I don’t want to start correcting areas that don’t need correcting yet. Any advice?

I have really droppy eyelids, I used eyelid tape to make a crease on my eyelid, I am not sure if eyelid tape works?? Isn't? But the main problem is that even it works, the droppy eyelid, the fat under eyebrows, always comes on my upper eye area. It really looks tired, please guide me on this 💖💖

Hi Kirsten, no not at all, I am the same weight in the picture of me at 47 as I am now. It has all been done by facial exercise and following my program as I prescribe to others. Its a true miracle I reckon!
Thanks Peta. I appreciate if you reply my question: There is an idea that sone muscles in the face are under working ( such as zygomaticus minor& major..., orbicularis oculi...) so it's recommnded to exercise these muscles...and sone musles are over working ( such as mentalis..and depressor...the muscles around the mouth)...and so ut is recommended NOT to exercise them...because they are already active... Do you agree with this idea? ( according to this video, if the already overvworking muscles are exercised, wouldn't it cause more sagging?
No this is not how it works. It is like your leg and arm muscles, they might be moving but not exercised. Its the same with the face muscles. There is not enough exercise thru normal daily uses of those muscles to create a problem. I am unsure who said that, if you dont exercise them in my program you will end up with a misshapen face. And you have been with my program long enough to know that you need to do a full face routine due to the repetitions. It is very different to face yoga and other programs. This is what you have to do with mine.

Hi Elizabeth, S4 onwards is not in the EAWMe form on the Free UA-cam Channel. They are in the Membership site. However, all you need to do is go to the playlists and find Series 4 exercises, learn them as normal, and combine them into the routine, and do them in a routine.

We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. wow...it takes two to three years for results....I actually had results in about 4-6 months time, but I was losing fat all over and bulking up back in 2015 and 16. However, you do lose your gains once you stop and the face goes back to looking like melted ice cream...It's a life long commitment. Also, I screwed up my mouth doing somebody else's routine and it just looked awful.
I have been exercising in earnest for about 6 years, and I follow what I tell everyone else to do. It took around 6 months for me to start seeing changes 💖

Doesn’t it make your upper lip more prone to wrinkles since you’re scrunching it over and over though? That’s what I’ve always heard, the more you wrinkle the skin, the more wrinkles it will give you. That’s why (even though this sounds ridiculous) Victoria Beckham doesn’t smile if she can help it.

Hello Energy & Light, unfortunately during my 30's and 40's I didnt own a camera, and the only photos I had of me with any sort of thing that people could see what my face looked like back then are those. Hi Emaan you need to be following a full face routine, you cant do this one exercise. In the video i send you to the series #5 playlist, you need to learn all of the exercises then start the routine. you do 50 reps x2 weeks, 100 reps x 2 weeks and 150 reps x 2 weeks, then you move to the next exercise routine. there are 6 series, i would suggest you start at series 1. its all on the home page of my youtube channel. stay safe 💖

Hi KP, omg my hair! even the hairdresser has no idea what to do with it. Over time it has changed completely and this is the best we can do at the moment. There is so much of it lol. I havent done a video post cv restrictions as i do my videos in blocks. When I do it this week, you will die when you see it. Its almost like dreadlocks now ahahahahah

She finally took the plunge and had that thick head of hair cut, layered and blown dry and OH MY GOD, it looks *gorgeous*. She looks like a completely different person. Sure, she has to spend a little time blowing it dry, but the end result is stunning. And with your lovely face, I think her cut would be equally flattering to you. :)

Hi Positive thinking, use your bottom lip, slide it over the top of your bottom lip, and then squeeze your chin. You are not using your jaw in this exercise, you are lifting the chin muscles and then squeezing.

Hi Peta - thank you for your great informative videos. I’ve heard you say several times that you shouldn’t do individual exercises and you must follow a full facial work out or else risk getting more sagging. This is frightening me into not trying any of the exercises. Firstly, I’m scared I will do them wrong and make matters worse but also I only have one or two areas I want to work on, and feel I don’t want to start correcting areas that don’t need correcting yet. Any advice?

Hi Veena I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has exercises for all of our face, but we must do a full face routine and follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. I have really droppy eyelids, I used eyelid tape to make a crease on my eyelid, I am not sure if eyelid tape works?? Isn't? But the main problem is that even it works, the droppy eyelid, the fat under eyebrows, always comes on my upper eye area. It really looks tired, please guide me on this 💖💖

There is an idea that sone muscles in the face are under working ( such as zygomaticus minor& major..., orbicularis oculi...) so it's recommnded to exercise these muscles...and sone musles are over working ( such as mentalis..and depressor...the muscles around the mouth)...and so ut is recommended NOT to exercise them...because they are already active...
Do you agree with this idea? ( according to this video, if the already overvworking muscles are exercised, wouldn't it cause more sagging?
No this is not how it works. It is like your leg and arm muscles, they might be moving but not exercised. Its the same with the face muscles. There is not enough exercise thru normal daily uses of those muscles to create a problem. I am unsure who said that, if you dont exercise them in my program you will end up with a misshapen face. And you have been with my program long enough to know that you need to do a full face routine due to the repetitions. It is very different to face yoga and other programs. This is what you have to do with mine.

Hi Elizabeth, S4 onwards is not in the EAWMe form on the Free UA-cam Channel. They are in the Membership site. However, all you need to do is go to the playlists and find Series 4 exercises, learn them as normal, and combine them into the routine, and do them in a routine.

Hi Komal I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, if you have completed growing etc say age 30 then any age after that is fine, but follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. wow...it takes two to three years for results....I actually had results in about 4-6 months time, but I was losing fat all over and bulking up back in 2015 and 16. However, you do lose your gains once you stop and the face goes back to looking like melted ice cream...It's a life long commitment. Also, I screwed up my mouth doing somebody else's routine and it just looked awful.

Doesn’t it make your upper lip more prone to wrinkles since you’re scrunching it over and over though? That’s what I’ve always heard, the more you wrinkle the skin, the more wrinkles it will give you. That’s why (even though this sounds ridiculous) Victoria Beckham doesn’t smile if she can help it.

Hello Energy & Light, unfortunately during my 30's and 40's I didnt own a camera, and the only photos I had of me with any sort of thing that people could see what my face looked like back then are those. I know it sounds strange, but i have looked far and wide for other photos and i cant find them. This is why 😀

Hi Amelia, its called a funny little thing like "facial exercise" and amazingly, this is a facial exercise channel, who would have thought? I have been exercising my face for 8 years now, and these are the results. I dont need botox, I have Facerobics. Also, why would I promote facial exercise and then have botox?
