RECIPE:
1 kg breast chicken fillet
cut into strips
1t: salt,ground pepper,paprika
1/2t cayenne or chili powder
1 egg
4-5T flour or cornstarch
mix
*Deep fry chicken
set aside
Sauce:
4T soy sauce
3T honey
1T teriyaki sauce
1/2 t cinnamon powder
1T spring onion
1/2t cayenne powder
mix
PAN:
1T olive oil
1 whole minced garlic
1T gjnger minced
saute 15 secs
add sauce- low heat
stir continously until the sauce is reduced
add roasted sesame seeds
turn off heat
add chicken
mix
top with quick melt cheese
cover 10 secs -low heat
serve
