I cooked a larger batch this Korean chicken tonight and managed to get the potato starch on Amazon as I couldn't find any in local shops. Garnished with coriander and served with basmati rice. SENSATIONAL, can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow morning!!!!! 😋😋😋
Actually I used chili garlic sauce instead Korean chili paste and it's become so delicious because we can't find the Korean chili Paste near by any store here isn't available easily these chili paste
Thank you Suranjana. Korean Chilli paste has a typical taste because of the ingredients used. So you may not get the same taste with other chilli pastes. However you can try out with Sriracha Sauce or Thai Chilli paste 😊

Looks great. Butt just a suggestion… you could avoid using non-stick pots, especially for high heat Chinese…. There are many healthy alternatives….cheers
