Yes backbiting is a major sin that is so common and prevalent in social gatherings, workplaces and study places... May Allah help us avoid backbiting and slandering and insulting in all forms and help us protect our qalb from thinking bad about others.... By the way, when you rendered the uthmani style quran *text* with an indopak/nastaleeq *font* there seems to be mistakes e.g. the symbol for noon qutni under ulaa'ika at about one min into the video

This can also be applied to schools/collages/Universities , and in my opinion these habits are even more common in these places.
May Allah guide us and protect our tongues.
This seems more like a video on general inter-personal relationship boundaries rather than specific do's and don'ts for a professional setting.
I was expecting a video more so on guidelines about how to specifically deal with your employer, employees, coworkers and/or clients.

What about the non Muslims colleagues ? Allah says "each other" does that exclude non muslims.
Allah SWT knows best. We can see the example of the Prophet and his dealings with them. If something is not recommended, then it's better to avoid it regardless .
