As a Gen Z who had to rediscover Islam, let me share my perspective. Growing up, the media's portrayal of Muslims, the misconceptions from outsiders, the divisions within the Muslim ummah, and seeing random sheikhs associate Islam with outrageous things made it hard to have Iman. There’s a huge mismatch between how we were taught Islam and how we perceive the world. Our parents, guardians, and teachers weren’t equipped to teach us Islam in a way that resonated with our reality. Many of us were taught to read and memorize the Quran without understanding its meaning or relevance to our lives, especially for non-Arab Muslims where it often felt like mere words on a page. The same goes for Salah. So when doubt starts to creep in, we question our entire belief system because our foundation is weak. As an older Gen Z, I began practicing Islam properly about a year ago. I am constantly learning about our religion, our creator and what it truly means to be a Muslim. But i've also discovered how much misinformation exists within our community. We don’t understand our religion well. So, when people say Gen Z is losing Iman, it’s not entirely their fault. It's the fault of our Ummah for failing to understand and teach our religion properly. That being said, Gen Zs are old enough to do their due diligence. Our religion was meant to be studied extensively, do your research well and InshAllah you will be guided.
Also the title is misleading...
100% agree ✅
That's truly on point ✅
Agreed❤
The Qur'an is a greater miracle than the miracles before... Firoun didn't believe even after the sea parted, the jews didn't believe even after the bird came alive, many didn't believe even after the moon split, and many don't believe even after witnessing the miracles of the Qur'an. It is not the eye - but the heart that is blind.
well said!
What bird? Im genuinely curious
@@user-hg2jb9gu4f clay bird that came to life. It's in the quran
@@user-hg2jb9gu4f This is one of the miracles of Jesus Christ, peace be upon him.
That's just scary thinking about there were some people who witnessed the miracles with their own eyes and yet they still refused to believe it
Those have sold their heart to the devil and the dunya
They are not just stories. The things that happened made people get closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) has so many followers. He split the moon in half and there are pictures of the moon that show that the moon has lines that prove that he did split the moon.
The youngsters of today have extreme circumstances, they must be adviced kindly and patiently.
Look at the older generations. Gen X, Baby Boomers. They are not the best of examples to be brutally honest.
JazakAllah
Ya Allah please make me successful in my upcoming exams, and whoever reads this comment get whatever their heart desires, Amin ❤️

Allah didn't make mistake. If know what's going on His plan is bigger than our...he know what will come as we are all know as well. Big day is coming...
Thank you Sheikh
I feel differently about this younger Generation after Gaza… in a positive direction.
well it's quite simple tbh, they don't even know what Islam is, most of the youth don't understand the Quran and didn't study the life of our beloved prophet ﷺ
but I don't blame them, or to be specific, the ones who want to get close to Allah but don't know who to trust and where to start.
it feels like the resources are limited, almost every where you go seeking knowledge you stumble upon a pay wall, i understand that these scholars gotta make a living somehow and provide for their family but then the Quran slowly starts to become something for the rich... idk, what do you think?
Agreed. That's why study it yourself. Our scholars weren't supposed to let palestine happen in accordance with Allah's book but they let it happen meaning they failed. This means that Islam isn't a scholar's job, it is our job. We were lied to in believing that its only the scholar's job. We were betrayed.

This title is quite misleading.
well it's a bitter truth 😔
@@aadilsanai not really. You can’t lump together an entire generation based on popular action. Some of us actually care about our religion for ourselves, and don’t seek to show it.

You are right, I am losing my Iman.
Follow the example of water he gave. Start by going back to Quran after fixed intervals!
Whatever we do ,we do for ourselves, just the people who disbelieve when they die and suffer should shut up and stop screaming and beg Allah for mercy, you had chance in this life
You need to prove the miraculuos properties of the ayat of the Qur'an as an evidence to back up your faith. You can look up for "the organic methodology originated from within the Qur'an, Abrahamic Locution"
Brother, I advice you to search about the miracles of the Quran and proofs of İslam but also do Dhikr and increase the Quran you read. Because it is not only about mind. You also need to feed your soul with Quran & Dhikr.

@@Mom_In_the_Kitchen Thank you so much , may Allah give you good deeds as much as everything I will learn .
Marriage
Yea. Ignorance. That's the problem
How to activate the miraculuos properties of each words of the ayat of the Qur'an?
You need to learn Abrahamic Locution that is originated from within the Qur'an, then you will find the organic methodology to understand the secret language of the Qur'an.
If you find out the secret, then you will eventually realize, that no human being could even deny, that the Qur'an, is trully miraculuos.
im losing my iman because of this hoor el eynn concept i cant believe a woman is disrespected like that in islam
Tell me what happened... Let's see if I can clear your doubt?
@@moinansari7300 just look at how sheikhs disrespect women by comparing them to hoor al ayn im tired of this we're not different from men we are their only wife and there will be no other creations other than us that will please them. we're good enough in this life and the afterlife. im tired of seeing sheikhs making men fantasize about a creature that will look like a woman and will satisfy him other than his wife. its like a female is like nothing in the afterlife and she will only get jewlery or whatever she will not be with her husband alone and will not be granted with beauty instead god created other creatures other than her. dont tell me that we will look better or whatever if it is then why did god create them. we're not created to handle things like that just like how a man wasnt created to handle seeing his woman being intimate with another man. i cant understand why god lured men into this and made women hurt. also men werent created polygamous, society allowed this and made it seem like it has no rules. you cant marry multiple women because"oh well i can afford and i liked someone else other than you " it has rules and i read it in my religion book at school.

ua-cam.com/video/oetPUoVIjUg/v-deo.htmlsi=-S6PBIgi-bfbGeEA A man from Pakistan named Muhammad Qasim has true dreams from Allah SWT. He has met Allah & Prophet Muhammad PBUH hundreds of times in his dreams for the last 30 years and only started sharing his dreams since 2014-2015. Many of his dreams have come true as Allah promised to him and more of his dreams will come true. I urge all Muslims to pay attention to his dreams, the main message is to eradicate all forms of shirk revealed by Allah SWT so the ummah will gain success and the help of Allah, in line with Surah An Nur verse 55. All the dreams do not deviate from Quran and Hadiths, they match with all the glad tidings, reminders and warnings from Allah SWT in the dreams.
Job 33:14-18
New International Version
14 For God does speak-now one way, now another-
though no one perceives it.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night,
when deep sleep falls on people
as they slumber in their beds,
16 he may speak in their ears
and terrify them with warnings,
17 to turn them from wrongdoing
and keep them from pride,
18 to preserve them from the pit,
their lives from perishing by the sword
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the end of time draws near, the dream of a believer can hardly be false, and the dream of a believer is one part from forty-six parts of prophet-hood." In another narration, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those of you who have the most truthful dreams are those who are the most truthful in speech."
Sahih/Authentic. - [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
The Prophet said, "Whoever sees me (in a dream) then he indeed has seen the truth ." Volume 9, Book 87, Number 126: Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: The Prophet said, "Who ever sees me (in a dream) then he indeed has seen the truth, as Satan cannot appear in my shape."
