Back problems are no joke, been dealing with it for years. Standing on concrete is the worse for me, heavy rubber mats in the shop has helped immensely.

Prayers for full recovery. If you're not better in a few days, get it checked out. Been there, done that. Back surgery in 2021. Still ride but I ride with a cane strapped to handlebars.
Keep the faith...Had back trouble myself ..was not able to even stand for long, I didnt need a doctor, I just needed a couple weeks of rest, A muscle near my spine was very overworked, or sprained, Lifting to much heavy stuff.. Find a pool and do laps. Low impact movement with flexibility is what the pool will provide. I hurt my back and swimming was the only relief and exercise I could stand . All other treatments such as ice, heat, pt, and electricity were useless !!!!!
Chiropractor, I see one every 6 weeks n I'm retired. Messed my back up when I worked, but all is better thanks to him. So please take my advice, you will feel better.
I've lived with a terrible back issues for years. Best thing I ever did was to find me a neurosurgeon and have him fix it. Neurosurgeons don't hack you up and they perform surgery with precision. You'd be amazed at some of the really great options available now..I waited to long and had to get a disc replacement and fusion done. If you get in sooner than later you may be able to have a minor surgery where they trim the bones that are hitting the nerves causing the pain issues.

Yeah getting older and easy and boy I know I don't repair like I used to when I'm 65 now I sure miss when I was 40 I think that was about forty when I started to go downhill with my arthritis... Hope you feel better real real soon 🙏☺️

I agree about not rushing it… my back is permanently messed up and on a good day I’m at 80% When it gets bad it takes weeks for me to feel somewhat normal again Oh, and definitely stay off the hard tails

Corey, back issues are the worst. Fell down myself trying to get our couch straighten around. All I can tell you is that someday you will get better and you should look forward to that. I feel your pain bro cause I been in the same situation on several occasions. We just have to be aware as we get older we can't do the things we use to when we were younger. Hope you get to feeling better so you can get back to doing what you love to do.

Can hear the pain in your voice. When my back goes out I swear by Tiger Balm. It stinks to high hell but works great for the pain. Feel better soon.
