If I was Yui, being stuck in this awful, depressing, and painful situation would in fact push me even closer to God. I’m not religious in the tiniest bit but when your surrounded by abuse, pain, and suffering, I think that the only reason Yui has not gone insane like many girls would in her situation would be the existence of her strong belief in God and the Church’s teachings even if they were the ones that put her there(Idk if it’s confirmed in the games because Raito is NOT a reliable source 😂 so I’m going with unconfirmed). Having a pillar of support in this situation is NEEDED and God would most likely be mine.
I actually agree, because if I didn't have something like God to believe in (which Yui did believe in strongly), my spirit/soul would be broken more easily, especially with how twisted the brothers are in the first place before they changed only because of Yui

I feel like Latio trying to "reveal the lust that lurks inside" of Yui has good intentions, though he is doing it in a way that's very negative. I think he thinks that Yui Is holding back or something, that when she is believing in God she is trapped in this mindset that you have to follow these rules, and I don't this is making any sense the way I'm saying it but it makes sense in my head so I hope someone gets what I'm saying lol.

Diabolik Lovers is one of those shows that I want to stop watching for some unexplained reason, but I just can't because of a mix of the OST, and the overarching plot that just keeps HOOKING me!
