    Perect timing for this video! I'm actually in the process of planning a removable hottub awning, a shade mesh frame, and after that- a projector screen. This just gave me a bunch of ideas

    Definitely helpful! I got my AZ greenhouse all put together and I’ve started on a couple other projects…. The greenhouse needs some tweaking and this video helped me A LOT… I think I’ve done a few things that others might be interested in … will be sending photos … love these projects!

      It's a cool one for sure. Ethan Carter Designs on UA-cam also has a cool one he made with a built in sunshade!

      Yea I tried to make a dog bed lounge last year and used webbing and it didn't last long I think I'll take some tips too and try to rework the bed. My dog sure loved it I just need to have something better than webbing.

    I like the ball bungee attachment point the best. On a windy day it will stretch enough that it doesn’t tear or break anything…

      Yes I think it’s one of the best all around options too!

    I have never seen these tarp clips before built this way but I have the ones that just have the sliding mechanism and the sliding mechanism broke So what I did was I had a bunch of spare brand new drawer pulls and I drilled a hole through the clips just like the ones I see in this video are built so that I can crank it down and it stays I just thought it was funny that I made some just like this without ever even seeing these kind until now

    Hi Maker Pipe, I like this video but you leave out some critical and helpful details! Can you tell us the size of the bolt and washer you use to lock the pipe into the flange? That would be most helpful for many of us looking to purchase everything and have it arrive ready to use. Thank you!

    • @MakerPipe
      @MakerPipe  3 роки тому

      Are you referring to the bolt and washer used to secure conduit to flanges with the threaded nut inserts?

    • @gutrali
      @gutrali 3 роки тому

      @@MakerPipe yes. Maybe even the flanges you use, too, because I'm not aware if the ones I buy online will have the recess on the bottom to fit the fender washer you're using. Link it up from amazon and enjoy the commission!! Everything online seems to be a lot cheaper than my local Lowes/home Depot too

    I look to buy connectors from you but do not find any for 1" pipe. I'm building a 10" wide semi-hard top for the cockpit on my 40' boat. I'll want to put an RV AC/Heat pump on it so I thought 1" was necessary. All I see in your website is 3/4" or 1/2". Do you have connectors I can use or do I need to use 3/4" and hope it is heavy enough?

    I'm think of maybe a cantilever attached to my fence and either some pvc or metal roof or possibly cattle panels.
