Diana Richardson's work is revolutionary if you take the time to experience it. Like she says 'don't believe me' try it... 'awareness generates love and nurtures connection.'
Janet, couldn't agree more with you! - and, for full disclosure, your words put me at ease a bit, as I first though I am nuts when reading many of the comments above. Diane R. is genuine and points to a precious experience that I am so happy to discover ( a bit late in life) - but what shocked me was many of the folks commenting above would dedicate their time to listen through a presentation that went *entirely* above their heads and minds ;-).............thanks you for your post!
It's my nature to think fully of all the aspects of the thing I'm doing but unfortunately my partner is not that, she is in a hurry most of the time so that she could finish 3-6 climaxes quickly against 1. But I don't deny my intense pleasure with that ☺️
This is the way it should be... slowing down... focusing on your partner...little waves rather than mountain peaks... tenderness... eye to eye contact... and looking at tantra.... I like it thanks to Diana
I did this on accident once with my partner. I was just feeling very focused, and in love, and it just happened. It felt like warm euphoria throughout my body, but a light, positive euphoria… it gave me like a 3-4 hour long after glow where I couldn’t speak afterwards. Then I happy cried, and felt uplifted for like a whole day after. Maybe it’s why I’m so in love with him to this day, while he’s still catching up ;)
Along with my wife of 25 years, I recently spent a week with Diana and her husband Michael in learning ways to bring increased presence and, it we're lucky, joy to our relationship. Blessed by and grateful for the experience and we look forward to returning for more. Thank you and keep up the great work, Diana!
Thank you Diana, attending to the love-making retreat was heaven for My beloved and Myself ...This is what came up to me during the retreat : I can imagine that love making in presence is one of the reasons why I chose to incarnate ... Thank you so much for offering this to us and humanity through the great 'work' you do !
dee jackson Marnia Robinson is a disciple of Diana. I highly recommend her book Cupid’s Poison Arrow. This style of love making will become as popular as Yoga and meditation.
This is the ultimate way to make love and connect with your partner. It’s a mind, body and soul connection that is incredibly intense and deeply intimate. I highly recommend it. 😉
What is wrong with a raging bonfire at first then stoke it for a few hours. Nothing! Depends on what your intentions are with Tantra. Tantra is also about teleportation using the energy from 2 because it’s very difficult for one to generate the energies needed to perform such a task. Modern day Tantra is nothing like it’s former self. Tantra has way way more uses than what is being taught today.
Excellent talk!! This wisdom and information needs to go mainstream. I've read two of Diana's books and highly recommend them! I wish she mentioned the word "karezza" though.
@@markdemell3717 You keep repeating yourself about "clueless" in your comments. How do you know what "a man" (in general, other than yourself) thinks? Your comments surely tell more about yourself than about the topic: Did somebody at all say clueless in any comment...?

I really liked the suggestions in this video, and think that lots of people would benefit from this. However, I didn't like the gender stereotypes of the man being always ready to go and the woman needing to warm up. It can definitely be the other way around! Overall, awesome Ted Talk.
I find that many couples who devote themselves to Tantra will be open for exchange with other partners as well. So in reality instead of creating a deeper bond, you can run the risk of loosing your relationship altogether. Tantra may not be the cause here, but it's certainly an area that attracts people with commitment phobia.
85% to climax and back to embracing. This approach usually works for those over 35 due to biology. You are all great at the style at your age. As she says don’t believe her. Believe your own style and results by intending with ❤️!
Its funny how mindful and mindfilled are used as opposite ideas by her, it goes to show that opposites can be the same in some way, for example, saying its cold and saying its warm is the same statement just with different implied measures
There are relative measures of being both mindful and "mind filled", just like there are many facets to one's personality. I do not like the analogy of cold and warm, though. Coldness is only relative to the object that you are comparing it with that has a higher energy level. For example, when you add ice to a glass of water at room temperature, you are not cooling the water. Instead, the water is transferring energy to the ice and heating it.
whatsup914 mindful and mindfilled are also relative to the state one postulates as being normal, someone thats relativeky mindful in our society can be seen as very unmindful for example in a buddhist temple
Sadly, most people are even less aware than (what many perceive that) animals are, because it requires a certain level of awareness (which, most lack) to have the desire to seek more [awareness].
The timing of this video for my personal life, and the soul positive outcome that could come from it, is very interesting. They say that timing IS everything, lol
Magic Handz I similarly have to chuckle when humans act like they are not themselves animals... The illusion of choice makes us arrogant, and think we are different from other animals.
I know exactly what animals think. Hamster: Ooo look at that new neighbor! Her sand hole is so perfect! And her fur is so shiny... I feel the tension between my little legs... I need to have tiny fur balls with her!!!!! NOW!!! *hamster runs to his neighbor and becomes humpster*
She surely hasn't spent much time around animals. She starts off with so many misconceptions concerning distinctions between humanity and animals. She has a view. Mindfulness is a very good practice.
@@Madhra2k25 .....what, you think she knows what meditation is ? These are nonsense terms people use when they have something to sell so people like you will pay attention. Seems to work !
The sad part is most people do not have time for all this. From children to lost erections a lot of people are lucky to get in, get out, and get anything from it
The point I was focused on is that you deny the emotional life of animals. As an alternative learning experience perhaps you could spend time with them, outside the clinical setting. May I suggest before you do start, perhaps reading, with an open mind, a few books with books by Jane Goodall. I have no intention in getting into a right and wrong discussion, so if you wish to have the last word, just write back. TED talks are wonderful. Nowhere else have I found such interesting topics and diverse opinions. As I stated before, I believe the practice of mindfulness is a great gift to humanity.

Reminds of a song I wrote called “Oh Eve, please don’t blame me” - an explanation from God to Eve about why Adam is the way he is: in removing Adam’s rib to make Eve, some blood was lost. Adam still has enough for his mind and his manhood, but not enough to use both at the same time.
