My future wife and I crush it with sliders (we don’t do large burgers at much anymore). But the key is to first prep and season the meat the day before. Our’s always come out great!

Believe it or not, it actually does make a noticeable difference. Personally, I'm a cheese-up guy, but I do put the condiments/toppings under the patty.
So tonight i made a bit of a fusion of these recipes :') definately worth a try!! The burger of choice was mozzarella stuffed ground beef instead of chicken. Into the meat i added a table spoon of mayo and butter as a bit of a binding agent (?) and it REALLY brought out the flavour of the beef i acquired from the market!! I did get lucky with the salt and peper though, lol. Hope somebody making this will enjoy as much as i did!! 💜
Yeah, and you get more meat, not so much bread. Big Mac re not BIG anymore. Just like the Whopper isn't the "IT takes two hands to handle a Whopper" any more. Or the BK Fish sandwich. Everything is smaller.
I'm sorry, but the best thing about this video is the tiny "wee" of the potato burger in the oil. Like I'm having a serious conversation about frosting piping tips with my partner and we just watch it going "wee". +1
