Ok, everyone NEEDS to try this 1! So for the last several years I lived in a small town in N.M. called Hobbs. At a restaurant called the Saxony, only once a week they make 5-10 of these burgers!!! Take all the trimmings from the finer cuts of steak & ground them up, no seasoning! Hands down the best burger you’ll ever put in your mouth!!! And it will literally make your tongue slap your eyeballs out!!!!!
