    Regurgitating all this information ("Did you know lack of exercise equals depletion of mitochondria?",If you're inactive/sedentary, it can lead to heart disease and obesity and so on..) as if we don't already know is not the problem.
    It's like lecturing a plant that the reason it's not growing healthy and is dehydrated is because it isn't getting watered and soil lacks rich nutrient and then look to the plant like it really should to get it together 😂
    We have alot of systems and environmental factors up against us and it consistently never cease to baffle me, why that isn't shined a flashlight to and unpacked.
    Tell us that it's all 100% our fault and responsibility by Not telling us it's our fault and responsibility solely.
