- Since dropping his solo Future Proof EP earlier this year, and the iamlegend EP as part of Flatbush Zombies last summer, Erick the Architect has been busy with non-musical pursuits in his day-to-day life, too.
We caught up with the rapper and producer as he takes us through his love for vintage equipment from vinyl to VHS, as well as his daily routine including long bike rides with the perfect playlist, drawing, and meditating; a habit he says he started during quarantine that helps him carve out some personal time. "The brain slows down a little bit...just think about you and what you want to set intentions for," he says in the clip.

What a LEGEND.
I feel like him and I would get along so well. I absolutely love music and meditation and tbh his day and mine look very similar in terms of the way we do things and how we think. Like I'm not a Stan of his or anything I've only heard songs here and there but watching this made me realize I'm not the only one like myself, there's many others that enjoy the same things as you.
Edit: I rewatched the section where he talked about drawing, it reminded me of how for the longest time I was doing Graffiti.
