@moreseasoning I made this but with shrimp.... 🦐🤤🤤🤤🦐 It was soooo good. I would go a little bit easier on the broth and maybe substitute water for a 1/4 of the amount total broth. If you need more liquid, just add a little of the remaining broth, if that makes sense. Also used 1 1/2 boxes of risotto to feed more, next time I'd just do 2 boxes risotto. Leftovers were delish too. One more thing - more garlic! Never too much garlic 😉😁 love the chunks of seafood inside cut up - makes it everything! Of course I didn't take a pic... I won't forget again! The next recipe to try - More Seasoning Mac n Cheese!!
