It's Friday thank goodness - went into this workout with no more than 2 hours intermittent sleep uggh - the struggle is real but I didnt want to miss my workout - my inner demon said stay in bed today you dont need to do the workout now - wait until later or just skip today. But my determined self won out and knew I would feel much better getting up and doing it! Proud to say I finished to the end! way to go everyone who showed up and did this with me today! have a great weekend

💪thank you Sydney for always encouraging me to challenge myself. Even when going up a weight dn workout it dn feel like failure, it feels like I can get better. learning to be comfortable w the uncomfortable has been absolutely the difference. Who hasn’t had to live w life circumstances that weren’t out right painful? And we still kept going. If I can do that w pain in my life, I can do that to get healthier for my body & myself. I could have stayed in bed for an extra hour. But I didn’t I beat the voice in my head saying “put it off til later” knowing that I am working today and later will be to late … so proud of us all here in this community. Keeping each other going around the world.. it really is so special. So keep going , and we’ll done on crushing this workout. 💪
Oh my goodness, at 66 years old this is kicking my butt (literally), I won’t stop though I will keep going, looking forward to see muscles in my thighs! Did have a difficult time holding the weights in the crease of the legs for leg lifts had to use the band! Good job all of the Sydney followers! ❤

Getting out of my comfort zone got me out of a big depression and honestly changed my life. I lost 60 kg weight because of it and honestly I’m so proud of myself for it. I was at a weight where I could easily had surgery for weight loss but i didn’t do it and decided to take matters in my own hand 💪
the amazing thing about consistent workouts with Sydney and being able to hear her motivation at the end of each workout is the fact that it will slowly change the way your mind works. overtime you start to hear her words pushing you forward. the effort becomes enjoyable. thank you, Sydney for changing our bodies and our minds!
FINALLY IM UP TO DATE 🎉 i started summertime fine a couple days late and needed more rest in between. I was 5 workouts behind, but I FINALLY CAUGHT UP 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Workout 24 done!! Thank you Sydney, this was a good one! Your workouts have improved my core strength so much that now I can do full reps of leg raises all the way down while keeping my lower back on the mat! At the beginning of the program, I could only do one leg at a time without my lower back coming off the floor!
