    This is my first time commenting on UA-cam and it’s for Sydney 🫶 just want to say this I’ve worked out in gyms and all but when I do your workout I see results even though I’ve lifted more in gym😂 you have the best workout plan . My brother and I found your channel during covid and since then we are your fan. I’m an orthopaedic surgeon from India. This doctor is fit because of you. Thankyou

      That’s my goal too! I want to buy a set of 30s eventually, but I’m grateful for the unilateral work that allows us to push heavy with two 20s on one leg for now! 😊

    BEST LEG WORKOUT EVER! By the reverse lunges I was WRECKED - I pushed through though! Goals for the week are to stay consistent with workouts, wake up everyday and journal (instead of doing social media), keep my protein up and keep sugar down! WOOT! GO TEAM!

    Workout done! I started the summertime fine 2024 program and just finished that I started in August @ 270 months before that I was 280s 290s now I'm 238! Thank you so much ❤ So proud of everyone on their own journeys. Keep it up everyone! 🎉

    I love you back, I loved this workout and I love the pep talk. To remain consistent with my meal prep throughout the holidays is one of my weekly goals, so even though I’m single, I’m making aThanksgiving dinner feast an extension of my meal prep.     This time of year is hard for me. I eat more, i out on weight and it happens every year. The more I try not to, the more miserable I become. So, this - knowing that building muscle means more calories - I'm going to focus on lifting heavy and using it to my advantage. I managed to push into my 20kg (44lbs) on Saturday and did it again for the last round of the first exercise and for the single leg squats at the end and it's great to have something positive to focus on. I'm also pausing the video to stop my heart rate getting too high as that triggers a migraine but it does mean I have time to adjust weights. I still get a good high heart rate without tipping it over into HIIT levels.

    It felt so good to be back working out with Sydney!!! Congratulations on baby #2!! I kind of missed the exciting news. We've been on vacation, and I wasn't on my phone as much and enjoyed family time.
    Also, I had to modify a bit today. I wore what I thought was my nice shoes to disney (brooks), but I guess they need to be replaced because I ended up with 2 really bruised big toes 🤦‍♀️. Does anyone have good walking shoe recommendations?!?!

      I don’t normally eat before but if I’m feeling really hungry I eat a chocolate rice cake with peanut butter and a banana!!! Good carbs and some protein .

    Even though I had surgery a week and a half ago and am limited in activities (no strenuous activity), I could stay away any longer! I did this workout just using lighter weights 😬
    I’ve been walking and stretching but I miss keeping up with these workouts! Let’s hope I don’t pay for it later 😂

    Thanks for making these available for us. They've helped keep me sane and in reasonable shape over the years. Thanksgiving time and I'm grateful to have you there to guide and support a workout regimen. It is easier when you have someone cheerleading you a bit, even if you're just doing it in your apartment or hotel room solo!

    Felt the challenge today, and still CRUSHED it today! I have to prep my SheSheShack platform this week!! I will do it with the power washer, the cool thing is I can even do it in light rain if need be.
