Your work is amazing 🤩 I tried to do similar but different colors but working with Uv resin for first time, after curing a few times it’s still sticky and a few bubbles popping spots. Amy suggestion? Thank you 🙏🏻
Its turn out to be amazing. Will give it a try. Is that embossing tool that you were using to spread resin ? I love to watch all your videos to learn all about resin and its technique
Love your videos tried this out today. Had a slight issue. I was wondering if you or anyone else that’s done this before can give me advice. So I managed to get all the bubble effects. I then brushed on the mica powder. It really popped. I brushed of the excess etc. Then when I come to dome it the mica powder looked dull. Almost like the Uv resin started to absorb the powder into the resin. I was using the jd uv resin. Any thoughts ? Advice would be so welcome. Thanks :)
Thank you 😊 🎀 that slight issue never happened to me. Did you brush the mica onto the letters really well? When you put the UV Resin, did you apply too much pressure which possibly caused the powder to mix with the UV Resin?
I seemed to yes. The colour really pops. It’s so cool the bubble effect. Like I said I was using the jd Uv resin. Been using that for a while. It just seemed to be a haze over that part. I assume it could be the make of the mica ? The first one I did was really bad. Second one I did was better. The only thing I can thing of. Was it possible that the mica was moist because I didn’t leave it to dry correctly before I put the mica on ? I really do appreciate you getting back it’s very nice of you :)
@@Ruby-oj5nv when you put the UV Resin, make sure to not brush the mica part. I don't know how to explain it but you just put the uv resin very lightly so not to scrape the mica powder and mix with the uv resin
