Io dipingo le uova di pasqua fatte col gesso,collane e orecchini fatte con la porcellana fredda .... oviamente quando sono tutte solidificati..

Yes, epoxy resin is mixed with hardener for the doming as well. Epoxy resin without hardener will never cure.

I have never used oil paints, so I won't be able to tell exactly. The technique works well with oil based paints, so oil paints should work as well.
