Pretty! I was surprised how you made it. I figured after you glued the first end shut you would pour the resin into the other end then glue the top of the straw
This is really cool I haven’t done any resining yet. Still putting my supplies together (boy getting started is expensive). I am trying to figure out to make ergonomic handles for crochet hooks.
Why not make them from polymer clay? It's cheap enough to just buy a package and experiment. Done need all the tools to get the shape right. If you make a design that's a keeper you can make a mold of it and then use that to cast in resin.
Could you tell us sizes for the screw eyes, crimp covers, suede cord, and cord end findings? I just ordered the gomphrena, and am determined to make this!
Hi this is beautiful .....! Even I have also started resin art...! I have a question when you fill resin in side straw its not stick on straw..., or you have greased it already...? Thanks for sharing this beautiful video...!
U seem to be applying the resin on top of the straw but what u get is a solid tube of resin!? Or u have a slit along the straw n is pushing the resin in through it? Tks for sharing this beautiful technique
@@AtelierNatureCraft Thanks. I already ordered those on eBay hoping they would work. But with the sloooow boat from China that their shipping uses... I will get them sometime this year. I hope. These did seem to be different from what she uses?? Much thinner? Let's hope they work!

Wow, 'nice work you did. Your gonna go far kid.' now I know what should I do with my straws😃
Фантазия терпение и умение и вы волшебница !!! умничка!!!!

It's addictive!

Same here it's a fun challenging media to work with
So relaxing too
I only fell asleep 17 times while trying to learn something. Thanks for speeding it up!😴
I swear....I thought it was just me, and the music don't help none lol🤣🤣🤣
I sped up the playback to 1.75x and it still seemed slow.
Wouldn’t it be easier to seal on end standing up, then use a syringe to fill to the top?
Thank you for your comment.😃
You can do it that way too, but I think it’s more likely for bubbles to get stuck in the resin.😯
@@AtelierNatureCraft even if you apply heat?¿
@@lalune59
No, I didn’t want to melt a straw or change its shapes.
p
It would be harder to get the layered flowers, especially without bubbles.
I love that neon pink color
A clever idea! I really liked the darker one!
Heyyy can you make a tutorial on flower preservation .
How did you hey the resin to evenly distributed through the straw? Was that a clear coat of resign to close the straw up?

@@ehirasuna2770 thank you for the suggestion
Can this tube be cut into slices so it would be like beads? If so, what would I use to cut it with?
Y como abristes los pequeños agujeritos de los costados?. Me gusto mucho. Gracias.
Интересная идея и такой хороший мастер класс.
У такой мастерицы как Вы всегда в руках все спорится будет.
Good idea to use straws, but I think it would be easier to just seal one end and poor it in the top. 😊
In my experience, doing it that way traps more air bubbles inside. 🫧
@@AtelierNatureCraft Thanks for letting me know, I didn't think about air bubbles. :)
Hi its awesome...
Can i use a thick polythene sheet instead of silicon sheet???

Do you need to use gloves? Or when using a small amount like this it's not needed? And a mask?
Thank you for your comment, Anna.😊
You should always wear mask and gloves when you use resin.👍🏻

So cute
If you have no gelpad ??
You can use a silicone baking mat.
If you don't have a silicone mat either, you can maybe use a clear file instead, but it might melt.😥
Baking sheet
