I Love it! I do the Same on my Farm. A Little Inspiration for the eco guys, if you use a small jute twine, your customers can burn it with the wood and It’s (for me here in switzerland) the same price as plastic wrap.
Awesome! I think I have stayed away from the twine because of speed and tightness but I think I could look into it! I’m sure there’s a way to do it quickly and keep it cinched tight, I’m not opposed to it! Thanks for commenting.!
Frankly my location is my marketing hahaha I share a border with one of the premier campgrounds in the area on one of the busiest 2 lanes in NY - I just have some small signs out front with a pull through driveway !
Good honest work. But, $10K means cutting, stacking, wrapping, hauling, and selling 1,400-1,500 of those bundles. Hope you get some customers with big orders.
Love it, the handle ides is genius 👏, if you could swap out the plastic for something that could be reusable maybe as a firelighter or ignition fabric.
Woah; I go to work where this is done. Got a big circle behind with a roll of the plastic on an arm. Foot peddle make it spin. 15ish pallets 60 bundles each, a day
You probably getting a bit of hate for the plastic. I like your jig and you could definitely use twine that way people could just chuck the whole bunch on handle included

Got you talking about it. And if you have ever used firewood it goes pretty quick might as well said three for 20 or 7 a piece. It’s not supposed to be a deal it’s supposed to sell you three instead of two bc no one who knows anything Doesn’t ever buy just one. The real question is how much after three?
It’s to incentivize buying 3, which is most likely the amount he sells most of. I understand that might be hard to comprehend considering you sound like a bundle of sticks
Twine may burn cleaner but the twine manufacturing process is very polluting. Millions of turtles die every day because of big Twine. Do you hate turtles?
What a waste of plastic
So do something about it
@@adamF2012 I don't use plastic on my firewood for the campers

This is actually the best way to do it. Everyone does it like this. There’s a big world out there beyond the city so learn about it before commenting.

Patriotic rope is a nice touch!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍
honest work and money! good job
Now the IRS will be waiting for their MONEY
Admire your entrepreneurial spirit 👍
They make handles that roll the wrap for you. Makes it a lot faster, but then you need rolls that fit your handle.
I have a question. When you split and wrap it do you deliver it as well or just use your own marketing?

Jesus, twenty dollars for three? That's as expensive as buying from a petrol station.
Local stations are $9 for .75cuft bundles - these are $7 for 1.25cuft bundles
@@UpstateMavericignore the haters my friend, if they don't like the price they can jog on. Keep up the good work. 👍

Three of those for 20bucks is a good deal.

You should use binder twine probably cheaper and burns clean
Cool looking there now yall. U can carry it dude's
My local gas station sells firewood way cheaper. 😅

It’s a great idea. Can you bring me the chopped logs and I’ll buy the shrink wrap and the staple gun. And sell it outside my house
Seems expensive but if you sell them then fair play, hard wood or soft?
10 bucks for that is wild
Any way you could use a more eco friendly alternative to the 20 ft of plastic wrap each?
Awesome!
😂😂 Def showing the easiest part of this job…..
Skip the handles and half the plastic and double your money
20Dollar for 3 is a NoGo in Germany
In which state and city do you live and how are the working conditions there? Thank you .

How much for the plastic?
Must be near a campground.
Not enough plastics
It would be great to bind them with something decomposable
