wow that's pretty cool I'll have to give it a go and it's nice to know what the symptoms of knitting knowledge because I am a beginner on it. I created just on the normal peal and knit stitch by making small toys and baby clothing too. I loved your baby shoe of forch cookie ones :-) xx

I'm not sure what I'm messing up on. I have mastered the Large Heart Lace Pattern, and have attempted this Mini Heart Lace one 3-4 times now, and every time I get to the 5th row, somehow the stitches don't add up. I'm always left with more than the 3 stitches that should remain. (roughly about 5-6.) I'm doing this pattern in 3 multiples of 8 (plus 6.) for a total of 30 stitches.

Great idea!! I would cast on 46 stitches (8*5) + 6. It's stretchy, so it will still fit great. Let me know if you try it... I'm tempted to do it now, too!!! +wayfareangel
