I've had the game since Christmas of 97' and I'm still finding new stuff. Like I just got Dracula's Tunic a few years ago on accident just by messing with the librarian by boost jumping under him for an extended period of time. Even to this day, I feel like there's more hidden stuff waiting to be discovered. This game is a masterpiece and a heavy competitor with Metal Gear solid for a game I would give everything to wipe my memory of to play for the first time again.

Here the goddess of happiness cries,
    An endless timeless lullaby.
Sings a song of the dream she has.
    The sadness fills her eyes.
    End of love,
    Love is gone
No more dreams to dream about.
    So life is done.
    If it's so,
    Cut the thread.
It's time to let it go.
Tears they flow to the thirst of the gods.
The oceans roars drowned out by rain.
    Blameless wolf carries on alone.
    The silence now surrounds him.
    Sooner than,
    Dreaming ends,
Morning of the Dawn will bring another day.
    Turn around,
    (And) you have found,
    A different place to dream.

One of my favorite "easter eggs" (I'm not sure if it counts) is that there is a distance where you can approach Olrox at his dining table where he will gesture at you offering the seat at the opposite end of the table but not trigger the start of the fight, so you can double back and go take him up on his offer and just sit with him for as long as you like.

I standby my point though, especially since I found out that she has an animation where she sits on your shoulder if alucard is sitting down, and on rare occasions, she'll sing while she's waiting. Shes not a good familiar for general use or combat since she can only heal you with potions and thats about all she does, but she is pretty cool for sotn familiar standards outside of that.

True; but I treat Bloodstained as its own start of a brand new direction and story, and I see IGA's love for his creation in every single piece of it. Is it as perfect as SotN? No... But that's because to compare them, at least for me, is to judge it by what came before, rather than see it for what it is, and find reasons to love it just as much for its own strengths. IGA promised Bloodstained would capture the spirit of Castlevania. From the music to the monsters to the setting... I can't ask for more. If Bloodstained is the next generation, I'm excited to see what's next.

Thanks for the upload, was replaying this game but I think my PSP broke so I wasn't able to view the map, perform a hyper jump or sit in ANY chairs so I couldn't hear her song.
I love even after getting 200.6% there's so much more to this game

That fairy is a very underrated character IMO. She can heal you, buff you, free you from stone, point out breakable walls, and even resurrect you when you die. All on top of being cute, AND being able to sing a whole ass song. She puts in WORK, and she doesn't even have a name.

0:23 the cue from Wood Carving Partita into Nocturne was really in perfect timing, lol.
What a beautiful song, I'm trying to make it play in the new Android version with no avail. My Fairy is at lvl. 16 now and no dice. :-/

This is the best castlevania game it really is. From Alucard, to the librarian, fairy, Maria to the intro, levels and ESPECIALLY the music.

Ohhh so thats what this is from? I had the fairy sit on my shoulder for along time but I never heard her play this song. And I heard the song because I have the soundtrack on playlist so I know the song well, but I never knew where it came from. I figured the song was just an easter egg.
I guess in some sense, it was.

The familiar singing is first included in the Sega Saturn port of SotN, and then added back to the original PS1 version in its update.
The English version, however, would have to wait until the much later PSP X Chronicles, which included this new version of SotN.

Explanation: this is only available on the Saturn and post-Dracula X Chronicles (for the PSP) versions. The Saturn only has the Japanese version, the games where you can change the voices between English and Japanese (as is the case with the PSP version, you change this by changing the language in the Rondo of Blood menu first and THEN opening SOTN) have both.
Don't know if there are post-DXC versions where voice changes aren't available, please tell me so I can edit this.
