In the English version of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, the singing fairy is voiced by Kim Mai Guest. Kim Mai Guest is a voice actress known for her work in various video games and animated series. She has provided voices for characters in popular franchises such as Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, and Kingdom Hearts.

I knew this song from the moment I ripped off the game and also found the playable track with Alucard on it, talking about not playing the 1st track on audio equipments of that time jajaja ... but never imagined this song, to be ingame (or maybe I knew but already forgot)....
