Notre Dame Cathedral Tour and Review

Want to go to one of the popular attractions in Paris and not have to spend and money? This is it. You can see the most of the cathedral for FREE. There are some areas off limits but they accessed if you buy a ticket, those areas being the Bell Tower and the Treasury. Tour of the main portion of the cathedral is relatively short, as it only takes about an hour to see it. My advice, save your money and just see the free stuff.

I watch this today in memory of a monument to historical architecture.
Today, it burned to the Ground! Hasn't anybody ever heard of "Starlight"?

I am not upset that a major symbol and a building which continues the ritualistic Roman pagan practice of worshipping false gods has burned. I cannot be because I read the Holy Bible, the only authority about God, given by God, written by God. Those who adhere to the magisterium of the catholic church are following their pontifex maximus directly to the place where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth, and that isn't purgatory. Know your theology people. Look at it closely, examine the precepts. Eternity is such a long time. DO NOT BLINDLY FOLLOW. Make your choice about who you follow because you are standing on the threshing room floor!

They'll rebuild. Just will be a while. Main thing is that the majority of the building is still intact. Lots of statues and art survived.

Thanks for sharing! I had the pleasure of seeing this spectacular cathedral in 2005. It brought back memories to see it again. It makes me sad that the tragic fire happened, I hope it is rebuilt for future generations to see and enjoy.
