Is it me or do the graphics look kinda realistic. I know you're using the trainworks upgrade but are you using anything else to make it look good. Absolutely love the graphics
Trainworks upgrade + Max graphics + AP Lighting Enhancement Pack + Enhanced FOV Setting
+ choosing the best time of day for the lighting levels :p
Another excellent video Pete. Thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
Once again another good video👌🏿
Thanks! :)
Can you please do the North Woolwich line from North Woolwich to Richmond with a class 313 or 378 it the backdated route please
I plan to do that in the opposite direction at some point soon :)
PTGRail ok it a good route to play on
is there a specific rule for platform stopping in the UK? in america the trains just pull up to the front of the platform, but i notice you stop more in the middle or the rear
Horsman4James That's not how they do it here. Every railroad in America has stop markers. Sometimes there is a sign, some times it's an object on or perpendicular to the platform. When it's not commuter, it's usually when the Conductor counts down the cars until the right stopping point on the platform. This is spoken to the engineer via radio.
I have watched allot of PTGRail videos and many Cabride videos to know it's the same way in the U.K except for the radio calls.
In the UK, the trains normally stop where it is most convenient for passengers to exit the station.
There are markers on the platform for the train length of 4, 6, 8 , etc. cars or an 'S' for all train lengths.
Could you do a Milgnavie to larkhall on WCMLN +NCL In a 3 car 320
Awesome video! I live in Manningtree so it's good to see this stuff in Train Sim
Just got this train, perfect timing!
Awesome! I hope you enjoy driving it :)
Once again another great journey! Sometimes it's good to do small journeys once in a while. They are very enjoyable to watch :)
I've made a few smaller journeys this week to increase my video output, and also because as you said it's nice to do shorter journeys occasionally :)
Absoulte fantastic video
Thank you :)
Hi mate. Still haven't seen a class 143 or 153 on your vids and only one on the 158. But I love your videos and very helpful info
Another 158 will be coming soon. As for a 143 and 153, I plan to use a 143 in a video in the future, but I'm not sure about the 153 due to the age of the model.
PTGRail the 153 single sprinter was late 89? Not sure but they where originally 155's. And ok mate thanks for the reply.your bids are so amazing.have you ever thought about doing omsi bus simulator?
:O Can you believe this route is missing all the PERTIS Machines?!!?
At Dovercourt I don't think the gantries should be on the platform
I just did a quick Google search, and can confirm that the gantries at Dovercourt are on the platform in real life! :)
Excellent video. Whilst I do not know for this era, modern day Greater Anglia services have Guards on all trains north of Colchester, so I believe this service would have a Guard on it in real life. Excellent video as I say, just an extremely minor detail :P
What's up next?
I would never obey a speed limit as low as 15 MPH on a piece of track straight enough to do 5 times that.
Then you would never be able to become a train driver lol :p
@@PTGRail Train Sim's more than enough for me ;)
Your videos are very good!
Thank you, Sam :)
Thank you PTG rail for making these videos you have really helped me play train simulator
the overhead lines are called caternire not but very good vid as always mate keep up the good work
You can ☺☺☺☺☺
You should do the the London underground district and Piccadilly line
I don't think you can in Train Simulator at present?
You can it's a freeware mod look it up!
subscribed because of realistic videos
Nice video again and why not try a train from the Netherlands?
There aren't any routes for the Netherlands on TS2017
I will do if a Dutch route is released for TS! :)
PTGRail there are a lot of freeware routes on treinpunt.nl - I would recommend Zuidwest Nederland. Christrains.com has some very realistic reasonably priced trains too from the Netherlands!
17:43 I saw the HUD 😑
And you arrived late! Haha
You did. I actually cut that it so don't know how it still made it in there. I use the HUD for timekeeping at stops, especially with Driver Only Operation, otherwise I wouldn't know when to close the doors lol.
And I was about 15 to 20 secs late. 😜
Love you and all your's video's
Thank you, Mohamed! :)
Could you please give me a shout out in your next video. Alex inkersole I do train and aircraft review
