C4 Segue pt 6, Doug Nash overdrive

A brief discussion about the doug-nash overdrive from Kent's C4. fresh seals and fractions and cleaning later, it's 95% done. waiting on a new front bearing to button it all the way up. should have a bunch more updates coming soon!

Hi great video. Just changed my fluid. Any tips on how to seal the pan? No matter how much I try the thing still seaps at the corners a little.

but in his videos he talks about using rtv or similar to seal the pans from the factory. I haven't filled this one yet (still working on this swap, getting down to crunch time) but hopefully it doesn't leak 😀

@@linuxman51 just be careful when you torque down the pan bolts. Those threads are so soft and strip out easily. In the case you do, you can use a longer bolt and catch the threads up in the case. I striped out 3 bolts.

I was just wondering how many clutches and plates this unit took it looked like 11 for the outer and 13 for the inner am I right?
