It's so nice seeing a TR4 restored. I had a 1966 TR4 and rebuilt the engine. It was a great sports car. The only trouble at the time was finding parts.
Love the TR 4s and the TR 250s. Great looks and very fun to drive but no ready parts to be found like the MGBs. Looking at this car, wow, major rust everywhere. It's going to cost lots of $ to get it factory fresh. Good luck
If no voice to this video. A sound track of this car should have been used as it blasted around the track. Engine screaming in the straights, tires screeching to hang the curves, going through the gears. Lots better than the lame music.
The amount of money it will cost to do a decent restoration far exceeds the value of the car. The only TR4's worth restoring is a TR-4A with I.R.S. and Overdrive.
Great video... gets right on the action.

Nice job! I had a 1962 TR4 from 1965-1973. Fun and cheap sports car at the time but fixing things weekly.
My favourite car. Thumbs up.
Nice job !
Thank you for the video. I will have to restore my TR4 Engine, I was never taught to put paste on the base of cylinder, did it work well ?
