Let’s just take a moment to admire the outstanding cinematography
Absolutely. Great FILM.
The car is almost cool too. All the hard work is done. Get rid of all the dumb hellaflush bs, and that car would be awesome. Hell, it might even be drivable.
Simply fantastic.
Nah, the whole time Im waiting for that money shot of the headlights popping up and they do it as he's gassing up? Killed my boner for sure
@@shugertits it seems to be drivable.
Absolutely, I think the same level of love that was put into the car was put into the film.
This vid sits in my favorites and I watch it often.
Not many people give this generation Bette much love or attention, which is a disservice to corvette.
Fantastic vid and great job making this car into what it should’ve been from the factory!!!
Honestly I was more impressed they found a c4 with a fully working gauge cluster.
I lucked out on my 86 C4. Zero issues with the gauges.
most underated comment here
my 89 has zero issues with the gauge
It called "Retro Future" gauge cluster

Any car with pop-up headlights will do that for you
What? Feel like your spinal disks are gonna pop with all the bouncing? Beautiful car, horrendous suspension choice. Should have bagged it instead.

C4’s are so underrated. Such a beautiful car.
Worst Corvette of all time
@@TADAZ623 you seen the C8? Lmfao
@@prismatic9804 mid engine, sub 3 seconds 0-60 with pack, sub 60k$ starting price, stunning looks and first actual premium interior in a corvette. Yea ive seen it, its gorgeous, miles ahead of the c4s garbage fisher price plastic interior

If you think a Chevy Cruze is stunning, power to you, but it looks they they took a bunch of old parts and modified them a little to be one of the most tasteless looking sports cars I've ever seen. Bout as awe inspiring as a 2011 Malibu
hmm hmm of course it’ll be far superior than the C4 just like any car with those many years apart. C4’s are much much slower than what it is. During its time it wasn’t horrible. Now the C8 is a completely different fucking animal. Huge game changer, the power, the specs for the price? Can’t beat that.
I have ordered new 65" TV and for sure this will be the first thing I want to see on such a big screen :)

Felt like I was watching a new version of knight Rider
And they did try a new version with the Mustang but it failed.
I felt the classic batmobile... maybe from the head light... damn super cool
How old are you?
Knight Rider or more Miami Vice.
yes i got a knight rider vibe also, robably because i have an 83 firebird in red. maybe its the cassette deck :D
This is just a “yes” to everything about this car. The lighting, headlights, classic interior, and the music. They’re all just perfect
Minus the tires
But...it's an automatic. Other than that it's bomb.
Lil Dip I really don’t care if it’s an automatic if it isn’t for racing and it still sounds good.
@@MrJr1976 an auto would be the best for racing though in theory, since you will never be able to shift faster than a computer. IMO autos will never be as good as standards in any situation though. Way more fun to drive and easer to kick out 🤫
Lil Dip I don’t think this guy is doing any drifting it’s a show car. And probably a weekend driver. I personally have a CVT and it’s great for daily driving. If I’m driving around town, I’d rather not think about clutching and shifting that way.
I'm back almost 2 years later and I'm still speechless at how awesome this cinematography is. It's amazing. I'm in awe. I wish I could film this.
I share your sentiment! When it finished going thru the still shots and the video really started, I kinda dropped my jaw n was “Dude!!” It could be a freaking tv commercial!
Make it two years
Everything is just perfect, but the car's suspension bounces hilariously.
It has suspension?! 😱
C4’s are pretty bouncy.😂 Me and a friend put lowering bolts on his c4 holy sh!t that thing became hella bouncy.
I'm pretty sure hes on airbags. I've had one before and it was a super stiff ride

And that tapedeck though..
What year c4 came with these gauges??? Thx in advance!!!
@Joe150 ish hmmmm UNTIL they break...😥😪😥😭😭😰

Love it when the guy walking just stop to check out the ride.. That says everything. Priceless...
Could be the perfect openingsscene for “miami vice”♥️
That's what I thought, Miami Vice !!!

Dear god I thought my C4 was low! Love every bit of this Vette!
I got Long tube headers on my 99 LS1 Camaro SS and I thought mine was low too lol.
This gives me a new respect for the C4

Agreee!!!
2:58 had that guy on the sidewalk rethink life 😂
Yea he did! Hahaha
Broke his neck
later at home: "honey, i'm gonna buy a corvette"
If it was an organic scene, he was probably more likely to be pleasantly surprised to see an older C4. He grew up when they were new.
Wouldn't be surprised if c4s went up in value after this😂
Yeah right after vcrs make a comeback
Dude this car would go great with my new vcr
@PRIMO SCIENTIFIC yeah right you can still find c4s a dime a dozen
Well that’s how it’s starts. Lots of people like it, so then they want to make theirs like this and then people look for them
C4’s will climb in value as they continue to disappear. Maybe a few special ones will hit 6-figures, but they have nowhere to go but up from here anyway. The problem is just the amount of work you have to put into it to make it a fast car. Looks wise I always thought it was a simple and elegant shape. Great potential for people looking to go wild with body mods, but victim to emissions. Cali plates makes me feel even worse for that car. What’s a Cali C4 pushing? 115hp? :D
Everyone is admiring the car (which is incredibly well-built), and I'm just sitting here like, "Where are all those mythical roads that don't have potholes littering every block of every street?"
In Poland 🤣
To be precise in Katowice.
@@motoNudziarz all i know is that where i live, a car that low to the ground wouldn't last a month before something happens to damage the underside

Hi, which year is this Corvette C4?
I haven't seen automotive cinematography like this since the Miami Vice pilot. This was spot on.
Idk why, but the amazing cinematography and my sheer love for the C4 put a smile on my face
Amazing work man! One of the best vids I've seen featuring one car! I've always been a fun of retrowave vids , but this one is a killer!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank You brother !!!
@@GoHarderOfficial Very cool camera and lighting work. I didn't realize "RetroWave" was a thing... I was around when this style first came out and it was called "New Wave" ; man 50 got here quick. I dig the throw back love a lot of you younger cats are into. Keep it up.
Agree... one of the best after soooo long
I have major respect for his smooth and careful driving. I own a 1989 C4 in pretty good condition, and I've never gone above 70 before. I hang about 5 below in every speed limit, and with the C4, it's about the environment it's in. You know,: "I'm cruising down Park Blvd. In my C4 Corvette"
The car invites you to take things easy. Enjoy the ride, take in the scene, and realize that you're driving a Corvette.
That might be for all 80s cars, I'm not sure, but that's what I feel when I drive my Vette
The beginning clip from "Terminator" is perfect.
I dont care what people say the C4 corvette is a beautiful car!
Thats why i own my 95 ZR-1
Id like one in two-tone
The C4 is the most underrated Corvette ever
Yet it's one of the most common generation of the Corvette you could see in america
Yeah because of that LT1 motor
@@ss_fiend I don't know I heard the LT1 was pretty much the LS1 of it's time before the LS engines became a viable option.
@@ss_fiend because of the optispark? If you get a good one, such as one from Petris enterprises, You wont have problems with it. Allot of c4 owners with the lt1's replace the oem unit with a cheap one and have problems shortly after.
@@johnreece8102 I thought the L83 was the worst engine put in the C4 Corvette.

I’m mad, not one shot of him driving with his headlights up
No POP UP FREAKING HEADLIGHTS!!!!!! in sight
I guess he only pops them up to get out of the gas station, then down for normal driving?
Look around you will find plenty of these cars that have the headlights stuck up.. Jus saying
Never thought I would ever say this about a C4 but that is sexy AF!
Why? It's my personal favorite gen...
Same, I'm more of a C3 fan and this is the first C4 I've seen where I can look at it and not see a single thing I find ugly about it. This one's a work of art.
I agree and I'm a Ford man with a Viper and i dont like many vettes.
This wins the internet today...
The cinematography in this is SO GOOD!
FOSHO!!!
This reminds me of the 80’s movie “The Wraith”
That movie is so sick!
This car looks nothing like wraith; the wraith was a kit car
Jason Abbott I didn’t mean it that way. I meant the special effects used with all the lighting.
Chrysler made 4 of the cars used in the wrath, turbocharged 4 cylinder and the brought in people with Ferrari experience to help tune and boost the engine output, it was not a "KIT CAR" it was a prototype they found to cost way to much to sell to consumers and be profitable
