Nutrition and meditation can manage stress and cope with PTSD; but mark my words, it is extremely important to (identify and) get away from the SOURCE of the stress first.
I have! Would like to clarify further about b1(thiamine) that you should take allithiamine(natural from alliums) and benfotiamine (s-acyl derivative) these forms of b1 are SUPERIOR. They have the best absorption. I take them both along w other b vits so it's a complex. You should do your own research about it, I was so fascinated! It's definitely working for me for stress. I have my parents and friends on these vitamins :) what are your main concerns?
Vitamin b12 stimulated me so much that i was after 1 1/2 month intake in fight flight 24/7 had horrible dhiarrae for 2 months lost 30 pounds and now after this hard time i have orthostatic hypotension, depression, anxiety, fatigue, cognitive and physic exhaustion, like burnout. It was the hardest time in my life, thought i die. Dont now to recover or what did b12 to me.
You may have an issue with methylated vitamins. My wife went through something like what you did and was given large amounts of B vitamins but then found out she had an issue with processing the methyl groups.
@@gregorymoeliker7689often times being overly sensitive to b complex one must look for food based b complex- Beef liver, unfortified yeast, food grown probiotic cultures that has low amounts-(1mg-10mg) definitely not the popular b50.
B vitamins don't last long in the body fortunately, however you may taken large quantities when you really didn't need it. Vitamin B1 may help you if deficient though. Also be careful of the brands you take at times you don't know what is in your product and anything unsafe could have been the trigger
Those symptoms also describe hyperthyroidism. I have Graves’ disease and messed myself up taking supplements before going to the doctor and getting diagnosed.
I have worked with a hair analysis practitioner for this. The minerals and helped out for a while. I cannot eat the diet of high steamed veggies with protein and some grain and dairy. It gives me gas and bloating and dizzyness. However I continue with the coffee enemas, daily saunas with the minerals but at a lower level. I went ketovore AFTER 10months on the strict diet. Currently I eat mostly meat and I feel much better. My hair analysis showed high calcium, high magnesium low potassium and zero Copper with Zinc below the balanced line. I have induced addisons from being on high hydrocortisone. I am using spooky2 Rife texhnology daoily to help my endocrine. I have come a long way. But still want to function and look normal. Curious to see my current hair values
How or what can help reduce the high bio-unavailable magnesium and calcium mineral content in the bloodstream so it won’t get deposited into soft tissue?
Vitamin C was a big help for me. Diet and mindfulness were a game changer. I was using the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels for mindfulness help.
Liked the initial introduction at the beginning of the vedeo, but i feel the the explanation was unesssery complicated ater wacthing it for the third time i still frustrated on which to take for Chronic stress and which too stay away from!..your Suggesting which vitamin To take for chronic stress but elaborately describing negative interplay between them so I'm left perplexed on if you made eney suggestions!..oh and one or two of your words were a little quiet or mispronounced I had to put subtitles on at points two follow!.. But other than that a great video for other experts in the feild!
And rightly so. Keeping a list of GOOD practicioners is a daunting task. Everyone willing to research an address himself, can google it at an instant. You can use google, too.
Heather Ashton Manuel; she is no longer with us but later on she said you should taper even longer than she first suggested if you need to. Get a little scale for cuts and if you are too sensitive for that than look up micro water titration; it's very easy, you melt the pill in water and pull out a small amount with a syringe and throw it down the drain and drink the rest; this gives very subtle cuts that your body will not notice very much if at all. I wouldn't tell your doctor because sometimes they will cut you off too soon, they often think it only takes a few weeks or months when in fact it can take many months, a year or more. Just take your time.
Watch taper clinic you tube videos. It describes tapering and protracted withdrawal which is brain injury if you taper too fast. Taper is typically lowering dose by 10 percent over two weeks or more if withdrawal effects are felt. Depending on the original dose and length of use, it could take years to safely get off these horrific meds
What i have found after a long time mucking around with vitamins and health is that your body is very complex and specific and you probably have no idea what it really needs, even drs i beleive have no real.idea , most vitamins i took and i experminted alot with methylated non methylated juat made me feel like shit , spent so much time listening to videos like this but your body is just so complex unless you have been tested abd have a genuine deficiency most votamins are just expensive urine and sone will make you worse

You missed one thing, where Potassium is regulated inside the cell, and Sodium outside the cell only when there are adequate levels of Magnesium.

That's mostly impossible.
Industrial society
Totally agree. Getting rid of damaging people was a game changer to my cortisol levels.
80% of people falling in the chronic stress category is really telling of the times we live in. Sad. Great vid.
Thank you, Felix. I recently found (and subscribed to) your channel and have been enjoying your content. Much appreciated.

Hey Felix, great content. Can you please also add references to the video, especially regarding vitamin b6 and opening up detox pathways?
Im on acute stress pattern, it feels overwhelming to fix. But this video gives me hope, because apparently it could be even worse
Do you have a list of practitioners available?
Although compkex, this was a great explanation of nutrient needs under stress. Ordering a hair analysis next week. So tired of being wired and tired.

Great job, but don't forget the oxylate preference for calcium. I think you'd love Sally Nortons book on it

If tou took metronidazole and ciprofloxacin u will get severe anxiety bcs of both these meds reduces vit b1 badly
It explains why my father before he died felt anxious in panic state whenever Metronidazole was administered!
What kind of calcium supplement do you recommend?

Is the list of the best doctors (in your opinion) in the guide? I just looked at it briefly.
How or what can help reduce the high bio-unavailable magnesium and calcium mineral content in the bloodstream so it won’t get deposited into soft tissue?
If you could go into what to change in the diet like what foods to eat for certain vitamins.
Can you direct me to the studies that show chronic stress make magnesium bio-unavailable?
