      I have! Would like to clarify further about b1(thiamine) that you should take allithiamine(natural from alliums) and benfotiamine (s-acyl derivative) these forms of b1 are SUPERIOR. They have the best absorption. I take them both along w other b vits so it's a complex. You should do your own research about it, I was so fascinated! It's definitely working for me for stress. I have my parents and friends on these vitamins :) what are your main concerns?

      B vitamins don't last long in the body fortunately, however you may taken large quantities when you really didn't need it. Vitamin B1 may help you if deficient though. Also be careful of the brands you take at times you don't know what is in your product and anything unsafe could have been the trigger

It gives me gas and bloating and dizzyness. However I continue with the coffee enemas, daily saunas with the minerals but at a lower level. I went ketovore AFTER 10months on the strict diet. Currently I eat mostly meat and I feel much better. My hair analysis showed high calcium, high magnesium low potassium and zero Copper with Zinc below the balanced line. I have induced addisons from being on high hydrocortisone. I am using spooky2 Rife texhnology daoily to help my endocrine. I have come a long way. But still want to function and look normal. Do you have any vids or advice to someone tapering off benzodiazepines?

    • @SunnyCarnivore
      @SunnyCarnivore 11 місяців тому +4

      Heather Ashton Manuel; she is no longer with us but later on she said you should taper even longer than she first suggested if you need to. Get a little scale for cuts and if you are too sensitive for that than look up micro water titration; it's very easy, you melt the pill in water and pull out a small amount with a syringe and throw it down the drain and drink the rest; this gives very subtle cuts that your body will not notice very much if at all. I wouldn't tell your doctor because sometimes they will cut you off too soon, they often think it only takes a few weeks or months when in fact it can take many months, a year or more. Just take your time.

      Watch taper clinic you tube videos. It describes tapering and protracted withdrawal which is brain injury if you taper too fast. Taper is typically lowering dose by 10 percent over two weeks or more if withdrawal effects are felt. Depending on the original dose and length of use, it could take years to safely get off these horrific meds

Jesus Christ died for your sins, according to the scriptures, and that he was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. Acknowledge your a sinner, ask Jesus Christ to forgive you, put your trust in his finished work on the cross / his shed blood that can cleanse your sin.. and ask him to forgive you and save you.
