Less than a month ago, I took my 21 year old Omega Seamaster 300m (wave dial James Bond) to Chrono Sky in Miami, where this same gentleman personally atended me, listen to my every precise direction of what I wanted him to do to my watch, and fulfilled my every wish, going above and beyond, returning to me in a timely fashion, an overhauled and properly running timepiece, for a very reasonable price. Mr. Yuri is not only a "master watchmaker" as can be seen in this video, he is probably a watch geek like most of us, and you can tell from his choice of watch...What makes me leave this comment is the knowledge that the same attention to detail, that he is seen devoting to this Royal Oak Offshore, he applied to my lowly Omega 1120 movement, as it is running within COSC even though like I said it has been in 21 years, more than three times around the World. GRACIAS MAESTRO. Best Regards.
This is fantastic content - you’re doing something the others aren’t doing. This was mesmerising. The music so relaxing. 10 out of 10 guys. Well done!!

What a great video concept that CRM is running with. From a video on finding the gold contents in a Rolex to fixing a busted up SkyD, this theme is one that has stuck with me. It brings me back to the channel, which is great, and I hope it brings others as well.
Wow it is a lot of work taking all those small watch parts out and putting them back together for clean up and servicing. Chronsky is a very talented master watchmaker.
The beauty of mechanical watches and the art of watchmaking with such level of focus and detail-oriented.. so calming to watch. Also, nobody seems to notice the watchmaker’s Panerai :)
That is a labor of love. I am grateful there are people around with this knowledge and the ability to pass it along. There is something about an automatic that a smart watch can't give you. A watch like that definitely gives you a higher level of pride of ownership.
Ryan, I wholeheartedly agree with that. That's an excellent horology-true way to put it. Thank you so much for the feedback as we move in this new 1M sub direction!
I changed the strap myself on my Gerald Genta. And I bet it took me longer than what it took him to do a full service on this AP. This man is a Magician.
Really Great Video loved it!, the amount of work and finishing that goes into AP really shows why they are some of the finest watches in the world and the fact you can pick up a chrono like this for next to no money is astounding, blows Rolex out the water
Wow it's amazing. Very impressive technician like as a artist thos who can doing the prefessional way to dismantled and assembled this kind of high-end Watch. Audemare Piguet is one of the my very favorite watch I am a watch Technician
I really enjoyed the Video, great attention to details and very modern and sophisticated equipments are used in the process. Also, I noticed the watch maker was wearing a Panerai which was cool too 😀
Thank you Dominick. This is the new direction of the channel. Our growth has taken off since we started experimenting with this style, so someone out there must like it.
Keep at it! Another option to increase content could be to post a less-edited version with the watchmaker talking about some of the highlights of the watch/movement. That way you don’t have to film anything new but you have more to post. YT will love that and so will we!
That was amazing to watch. It’s mind blowing he can not only take that apart piece by piece but put it back together. I’d be looking at the spare bits thinking “where the hell do they go” like I do when I finish Ikea furniture.
May I ask an oiling question? I know some brands like Seiko list their own oils/greases (S-4, S-6, etc). Do you use the more modern Moebius counterparts? Would that be 9010, D5 (or HP1300), 9415, and a braking grease for the barrel?
Rule of thumb ios about a decade (oils) or when it starts looking like it will take more than regulation to keep it in time (timegrapher). Services generally cost more for a watch with more complications, but not always: For example a Daytona service is something like $850 where a Submariner service is something like $1200 IIRC. Cost of service should be considered when watch shopping, just like dealer service when car shopping.
I know I’ll never be able to afford this kind of watch or my dream watch the Rolex Pepsi and the gold daydate. But it’s always nice to see other people wearing them
@@PatrickBateman191 the ability to take the watch apart and put it back together comes with many years of experience in the industry as well as a love for the work.
How is it possible to remember where every little screw and lever fits in the watch? I'll never look at a mechanical watch the same after watching this video. They are miniature steam punk machines.

I know little about watches. I'm not a watch geek. I could watch this gentleman work all day. Thanks for the outstanding video. Be safe all.
Thank you my friend. Same to you.
Amazing. All the tiny little pieces; machining them, then knowing what to place where to end up with a functioning masterpiece! The human brain.

That watch is beautiful work of art inside and out.

Beautiful shot and mesmerising to watch. That one video shows why a quartz watch can never compete with something as beautifully crafted as this.

How often should you get your watch serviced..? And how much would it typically cost..?

Awesome video. True work of art. Only negative thing is the watchmaker is wearing a Paneri. CRM needs to hook him up with an AP or VC. He deserves it
