Vibration is very important to me for silent alarms and notifications. Why does Mobovi design watches with weak vibrations? Sorry I'll wait for the Gen 6.
Just subscribed, I like your reviews. Consider expounding more on the materials used like on the display if it's glass or plastic. And the back if its plastic.
Mobvoi cut just the right corners to make this watch cheaper and offers by far the most value for money. The only thing that bothers me is that bezel that is thicker than Nicki Minaj. I currently have a Galaxy Watch and don't plan on upgrading but I will definitely have an eye on the TicWatches when choosing a new timepiece. Great Video, Mike!
You earned a subscribe, within just two minutes you showed features that other big channels didnt show. This is what I like to see is in depth reviews that actually goes over the feature and doesn't have bias. Phenomenal job on your video.
Hey Mike, I always watch your tech reviews and they're really impressive. Very informative. Anyway, I heard lots of dismay because of E3's LCD screen and huge bezel but people are missing the idea here. Snapdragon 4100, speaker, offline music, essential mode, gps accuracy, NFC, update to Wear OS 3, minimalist design and lots more. It's basically a powerful smartwatch with value for money. I don't mind charging the watch everyday when using AOD. The good thing about LCD, it's preventing burn in when AOD is turned on, unlike most or some with AMOLED. Mine will arrive soon and I got it for 150USD because of discounts and coupon code. My first Wear OS smartwatch. More power to your channel. Always awesome in everything you do. Cheers!
The watch is not bad. Since it has LCD screen instead of OLED, meaning that always on display is going to drain the battery. So, turning off AOD would be a better option. May I know how responsive is it when you raise your wrist to turn on the screen? One down side for me is the absences of the ambient light sensor. So, it is either too dim for the sun light or too bright at night. However, I am surprised and happy to see the existence of the watch on wrist sensor. The old gen of Ticwatch Pro lacked of it. So, it continues to drain the battery even when you take it off the wrist, all sensors continue to work while not wearing it.
I accidentally killed my budget wear OS watch in the snow, a Misfit Vapor 2, which was honestly junk. If I asked the assistant to turn on the lights it would just show me a picture of a light. Even though this review is a year old, I don't know there's a better option for the money, so I've just ordered one. Can't wait to try it out.
Hi Mike I am from India... I started watching your videos from past week and they are really genuine. I like the way you test each and every aspect of a device. Keep up the good work bro.

Yup. Used to have an Apple watch myself, and I always felt like it was overrated and overpriced. This on the other hand isn’t overrated or overpriced so it’s more on my lane
I've been subscribing to your channel for years now looking for a fashion smart watch for women with these criteria: 1. Bezel no bigger than 40mm (I have small wrist) n preferably round shape 2. Preferably battery life min 4 days (but it can be negotiabe to at least 2 days since I'm desperate) 3. Cost no more than $200 But I still haven't found a suitable candidate. Could you recommend anything? Basically all I want is just shink the size of the TicWatch E3 a bit, n put a rose gold bazel on it. That'll be perfect. Is there anything like that in the market now?
I believe that it was confirmed that last year's Tic Watch Pro 3 will be getting the update, so it's likely this will as well seeing as they share the same processor. I want to see a Pro 4 watch, and whatever Google is allegedly preparing to release. This watch is nice though.
@@Scott93312 There's no final official statement from Google regarding the state of current Wear smartwatches. How would you compare it to the Samsung Active 2? Is this one outright better or is the Active 2 still worth considering? And isn't right now an overall "bad time" to buy a smartwatch until we see what the google+samsung partnership brings to the table?
WearOS is great if the device is equipped with high-end chip otherwise it's like you use Apple watch series 1 and you try to put and use watchOS7 on it.
Always thought about a smartwatch ever since I watched all your watch videos. This seems like a great contender. I'll be sure to use your affiliate link when I pick one up 😉 Question, if you were to add or improve one thing from this watch, what would it be?
Good stuff Mike. Is this possibly the "cheapest" workout-without-phone smartwatch out there? I've been waiting for an actually viable "anti-Apple" watch (inexpensive, Android) and it seems this is the closest yet. Of course the inexpensive requirement will always mean several feature compromises.
Great review Mike. There are a lot of smart watch/tech reviewers on You Tube, but you are the one I trust the most. I bought this watch based on your review of the TicWatch E3. I love this watch, very affordable for what it offers.
Hi, Could you please tell me what the back feels like on a wrist - is it comfortable? I sent back my fossil gen 5e because the back was digging into me. Is it the same back as the fossil? I have small wrists. My husband has the Samsung active 2 which has a flat back, but I think I prefer wear os to tizen...

Active 2 will be better in the long run. Samsung is reputable company and their hardware has good build quality. I don't really care for Wear OS or any potential future updates as the OS is bad and you don't even know if this small company will even update or support their watch long term where as Samsung you'll get 3 years from the watches release.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the ticwatch pro in the best watches of 21. I picked up the pro for an extra $20 on prime day. :) Great watch let down by googles appallingly buggy mess of an OS. Google wear assistant is at times unfit for purpose until it's fixed. :( But aside from this they are great watches.. Bit nervous swimming with mine but we'll see... I guess that's why I didn't get it direct just in case it doesn't like water :D I would recommend this watch for those on a budget and the call quality is 100 times better than my previous Gen 5.
So what do we think about this watch?

sweet im buying this watch
Nice! Please come back and let us know what you think of it once it arrives!
This watch has a huge and unattractive bezel. Plus the screen is lcd, brightness is not that great and it doesnt have auto brightness.
It's LCD?? Thanks for telling me, I might get one.
That screen though 😩. Why not make it bigger!
Not too concerned about smartwatch features, looking for more fitness tracking capabilities so would go for the Versa 3.
Great video though!
Thanks man ❤️
This guy just made me buy a smartwatch . I have never had one because I thought they are luxury damn you Mike 😂
