I wonder, let's say they in situation that require a speedster so Morph transform into Quicksilver but to double the odds Rogue touch Morph just enough to get the power, so will Rogue get the Quicksilver speed or nothing happen?
Chances are she would get morphs main power and not the one he is copying

I’d say it’s just a wink/nod cameo at this point until if/they do something that reintroduces the character.
If you really wanted to, I guess you could say the aging/limbo stuff happened between series.
