I've always liked the Beast and Wolverine dynamic, in that they're sortof heading toward the same place from different directions. Beast was a scientist whose experimentation/experiences with his mutation made him more aesthetically bestial, instead of just augmenting his strength and agility, meanwhile Wolverine looks human but his life experience and heightened instincts made him more bestial in his responses and drives. Its a neat little dichotomy between them and I appreciate whenever they interact.
I mean, they both have heightened senses & enhanced physical attributes for starters.. It's just that the Adamantium bonded to Logan's skeleton prevented his mutation from going full blast (which would've made him much more animalistic in nature than Beast); that part, we got a look at after the Fatal Attractions comic storyline in the form of Feral Wolverine

He also discovered that Fury was behind the creation of the wendigos and tried to frame the Hulk for it as a coverup. The scene that you saw was the ending of this episode. In the Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon, they even show Logan working with Cap in the Howling Commandos. I love that they did that even though that show was strictly about the Avengers and no other heroes appeared in the show from different teams or ones who are known more for working solo like Spiderman

Wolverine's healing factor granted him long life and youth for most of it. Not to mention senses comparable to wild animals and his own considerable strength not even adding his claws. I think his attitude is at least in part earned. I think a lot of folks would love to have at least his regenerative abilities. It's cruel what aging eventually does to humans, not even mentioning our vulnerabilities to disease.
Though he's also had a pretty cruddy life, with repeated traumatically induced amnesia. He also feels as much pain as we do, he's just learned to adapt to it. The philosophical question is whether seeing those you care for grow old and die at best is worth the extra years.

Wolverine shares a particular distinction with very few people...he can survive being punched by the Hulk, even multiple times. Hurts like hell but he survives.
This is in fact the very reason the character was created. He was originally a one off Hulk antagonist whose powerset was designed specifically so that he could be punched by the Hulk and then get back up.

First time I ever shed a tear in a theater was when my lifelong favorite hero, the one I literally grew up watching for Hugh Jackman’s entire run died right on screen. You and me both. I rarely cry in movies, didn't even weep at Tony Stark oddly. Prolly cause I knew it had to happen. But Logan... I was such a damn mess by the end. Xavier, the Munsons and then finally him. Props to Mangold for making a comic into a Western into a tragedy. He knew what he was doing.
A big part of Wolverine’s charm for me is his smugness. If I met someone who was like that in real life I’d find them insufferable. But the arrogance works for Logan.
No matter what version we get, it’s always entertaining to watch, weather it’s the 90s cartoon, X-men evaluation, Wolverine and the X-men, of the anime X-men, etc, Logan brings the charm that no one can give
One thing I would like about X-Men evolution was the age difference between Logan and Scott. It cut out a lot of the drama… after all, Logan wouldn’t focus on a teenager… but, I left options open once they all graduated😄

Steve Blum will always be the best voice actor for Wolverine. I also liked him as Sub-zero in Mortal Kombat (X and 11) and Tank Dempsey in COD Zombies. He just makes every character he voice acts sound badass.😎

Wolverine's healing factor granted him long life and youth for most of it. Not to mention senses comparable to wild animals and his own considerable strength not even adding his claws.
I think his attitude is at least in part earned.
I think a lot of folks would love to have at least his regenerative abilities. It's cruel what aging eventually does to humans, not even mentioning our vulnerabilities to disease.
Though he's also had a pretty cruddy life, with repeated traumatically induced amnesia. He also feels as much pain as we do, he's just learned to adapt to it. The philosophical question is whether seeing those you care for grow old and die at best is worth the extra years.

Wolverine shares a particular distinction with very few people...he can survive being punched by the Hulk, even multiple times. Hurts like hell but he survives.
This is in fact the very reason the character was created. He was originally a one off Hulk antagonist whose powerset was designed specifically so that he could be punched by the Hulk and then get back up.

First time I ever shed a tear in a theater was when my lifelong favorite hero, the one I literally grew up watching for Hugh Jackman’s entire run died right on screen. I held it together for the death scene cuz I knew going in that he’d die at the end, but then goddamnit Laura just had to turn that cross into an X. Couldn’t hold it after that
