Mutas suck. They need to be 25 cheaper gas and maybe faster. Ultras need to be tougher where they dominate ground but are weak to BCs. There needs to be a reason to force people to build a variety of units. The game shouldn't be over just because 4 thors can take out 35 mutas..that's just dumb.
Just like a Terran shouldn't die for leaving their base for 10 seconds. Zerg has been the most winning race since the game came out. Build one massed unit and get hard countered is a thing that absolutely should happen.

So good call with buffing the Thor anti air again and literally not fixing a bug on the unit, which would make it rarely useful.
