I just have “Stitched with love, my name, and the date on it. I don’t initial or date my cross stitch pieces. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas and thank you! SANDY, cute, cute jacket! I always label my quilts with name, date of completion and sometimes City and State. I initial cross stitch and put year if it seems to fit the project.
I have only made a runner but did not label it. However, with my new granddaughter coming, I am finishing a quilt for her and I would love a label for it 🙂 Merry Christmas!
I have only put a label on a few quilts I have made. I usually just put who the quilt is for and my name on it. I know it is a good practice to label every quilt but by the time it comes to the label time I just want to fold up the quilt and move on.
Enjoyed your video today. Yes, I label my quilts. I put the name of the person getting the quilt, the name of the quilt, who quilted it and my name, also the year. I try when possible to put my initials and year, in my cross stitch pieces . Merry Christmas!
Yes, I label my quilts. When my guild has a quilt show or challenge, the entries MUST have a label with the maker's name, year, and title of the quilt. The guild gives a souvenir quilt label with every entry to add afterwards. That label shows the guild name, theme of the quilt show or challenge, and the year...a way to provide history to your fabric art!
