Hi Rick, brilliant - great concise review. I've installed an additional router which I'd like the Y4's to attach to, any ideas how to change this from the original router please?
This is a little late but, yes it has auto tracking when it detects motion. However I am struggling to get it to reset to the defualt position I set afterwards.
@@Rickmakes i need around 8m cable to the power supply as im gonna fix it little bit away from the power socket ... is it possible to use any other usb micro cable? would it support?
Hey have you tried the 24/7recording feature? Does motion detection stay on and alert as well with 24/7 recording or does it just record on that feature. I am looking into getting these cameras for 24/7 recording what do you think about that
Dear customer, 1.Pls enable “ovnif” feature and “Verification” on settings page (Setting--Local application--Onvif) on Wansview Cloud app first. (app will generate default username and password automatically after enabled onvif, but you can change them by yourself) 2.hit “+”to add camera on Blue Iris as below. •: input camera IP address •User: admin (input the username you set up on Wansview Cloud app ) •Password:123456 (input the password you set up on Wansview Cloud app) •Fill port 8899 on “Discovery/ONVIF port” option(input the port you set up on Wansview Cloud app ) •Hit “Find/inspect”option 3.After clicked “Find/inspect”option, it will search out the path automatically (“ch0”in the path means different stream, you can change it to “ch1”as well. Pls note other information can’t change)
@@GalayouOfficial thank you. The port was my problem. Blue Iris's default port is 8999, and at first I did not notice the one-digit difference. I just changed the Galayou port to 8999, and now it works great!
I would like to recommend a static IP feature for the next firmware update. I would also like to know how to remove the date/time, since I prefer to use the date/time overlay in Blue Iris.
@@tonysmithyoungblood Dear Tony, thank you very much for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our technical staff. Sorry dear, the date/time cannot be removed.

Hi, how loud is that siren? Kinda wondering if it goes off at night I'm saying like 2 or 3 in the morning if it catches someone in your yard.
Does it have auto tracking? Or do you always have to manually turn it? Does it turn when it sees motion?

Does it need SD card or can you use it with out it
I can’t get the lights to turn off?
It says wireless but you have it plugged in. How do you make it wireless?
"Wireless" is referring to the networking. It still requires plug in power.
