I did this. But then even after 6 hours my ID verification would not submit ot upload onto Facebook. A spinning wheel for 6 hours and then I finally gave up. It is not a problem with my internet service because other files are easily being uploaded to other sites, other email addresses. Wish there was a solution to this.
@@fueltra well since you can't log into turn off the two-way authenticator it will still catch it even if they approve your ID and send you a link and if you don't have access to whatever the authenticator is sending the code to then you're in the same boat as you are now. Even when you go to the having trouble link it walks you through sending your ID to Facebook and if they approve your ID they send you a link and once you follow all of those steps your once again logged into your account but the authenticator catches it and you can't go anywhere or do anything with your account, like maybe turn the two-way authenticator off. So like mine my phone number was detached from my Facebook and somehow that detached it from my two-way authenticator and so when it goes to send the authentication code it sends it to nothing and I can't get in my account. So even if you submit your ID they approve it if you're two-way authenticator is messed up it's still going to catch it and you'll still be right back at square one

@@Fix.369 I only have option on my fb app to use authenticator app which I don't have with a fb account. I tried help but I only get the same web page to load email sddress and I'd proof upload. I do not have any other options and it always ends up as a message from fb saying I need to upload acceptable I'd no matter what I upload.
@@RodrigoPereira-vw7nt had to create a new account. I was able to use the same user name. I had to relonk all my contacts. It's a pain but now I added Facebook to 2 different authentication apps
