Hi All. I've been experiencing the same frustrations as you when clicking on the link and getting an error on the link for the last 2 weeks. Every time I got the recovery email same issue. I even tried a different laptop. I followed this method with the new email address and the link did not work on my laptop using Chrome. So I used my iPhone and logged into the new email account and accessed the recovery email link. When it asked me which browser to access the link I used Safari. And interestingly enough the rest of the steps worked for me. So maybe try a different device with a different browser and see if that works. Thanks Asim for your video.

Does not work I am afraid. Just comes back to the authenticator asking for the code.
I've been dealing with the same issue for the past few days. I finally resolved it by deleting the Facebook and Messenger apps. Then, I logged in through a browser search on my mobile, and it worked as shown in the video. I didn't create a new email account; I just used the same one linked to my Facebook account.

Hi, I have this 2FA issue on Facebook desktop version, not mobile version. When I selected "account recovery", it always shows "Sorry, something went wrong." I don't have the access to Duo app nor to backup code, do you have solution for desktop version? Thank you.

I have followed above steps and turned off Two factor authentication. However at the time of log in it after entering my id and password it's showing to option "Learn More" and "Enable two factor authentication" with a message -
"Keep your account safe
Two-factor authentication helps protect your account if someone else tries to log in. When there's a login from a new device or browser, we'll ask for a login code or other verification method to confirm that it's you. You'll need to set up two-factor authentication to keep using Facebook."

I have upload id mistakly two time. It has caomplet 48 hours but not reply still what will happen please can you tell me another idea to back my facbook
Your mistake is to submit it twice. We don't have to submit Document again till we get our first reply. In case you're not hearing anything back from Facebook, I recommend waiting a month max. After exactly 30 days, you'll get a reply for sure based on my experience.
