    Recipe for Tropézienne with Crème Diplomate, a soft and melting brioche, flavored with orange blossom and generously garnished with a creamy vanilla diplomat cream. A delicious, unmissable dessert in France.
    INGREDIENTS:
    For the Brioche:
    - 30 g of lukewarm milk
    - 10 g of baker's yeast
    - 250g of flour
    - 30 g of sugar
    - 3 g of salt
    - 2 eggs (100 g)
    - 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water extract
    - 125 g of butter
    For the Diplomate Cream:
    - 250 ml of milk
    - 2 g of gelatin leaves
    - 3 egg yolks
    - 60 g of sugar
    - 25 g of Maïzena (cornstarch)
    - 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
    - 20 g of butter
    - 180 g of whipping cream
    For the Syrup:
    - 80 g of water
    - 40 g of sugar
    - 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
