dude, by supplements he meant protein powder, mass gainer, etc. Whey protein is in our daily foods too but in very low quantites. It doesn't matter that the peanut butter has whey protein or normal protein as long as its doing the job

For a male 50gm to 60gm of soya is not recommended, i read somewhere that the ideal amount of soya chunks for a male is somewhere around 25gms as it reduces testosterone in men. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
The estrogen in soya chunks are plant based estrogen, so your body doesn't consider it as an estrogen source. You can safely eat up to 100gms in a day.

Does anybody know how to fix muscle imbalance? I feel more soreness and pressure on the right hand while doing push up and my right hand is thicker and stronger than my left one.
how do i fix this? and how can I apply the same force on both hands while doing body workout? Can anybody help me?
